Not long back after a fabulous week away at this beautiful resort. We stayed in a superior room with private pool (Genesis) which was absolutely amazing. Spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed room, comfortable sun loungers, wonderful wee pool. It was the perfect room in the perfect resort. The resort itself is beautiful and very thoughtfully laid out. Don't go here if you want loud music and buzzing entertainment. But I would highly recommend for total peace, calm and relaxation. Light entertainment is available most nights. I only went to Cretan night entertainment and would highly recommend. Food in the restaurant was lovely, varied and plentiful with lots of choice. The restaurant setting was great, too, with seating indoors and outdoors. The spa is great and we had lovely massages from Irina and Maria. The resort is situated a short (15 mins) walk from the seafront. There are shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. We walked down to and along the seafront most evenings to enjoy the spectacular sunset and browse the shops. Staff at the hotel were all extremely friendly and helpful. All in all, the most perfect stay!! Thank you to all at the hotel.

The hotel is great! The staff is very friendly and the service is very good. The food is also good, especially the Greek dishes. The after dinner shows were a lot of fun! We also went to the spa and that was amazing. First we had about an hour in the private sauna to relax. After that we got a massage from Mikela and Silvana, they were really good and we walked out super relaxed !

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days in the sensus area with a jazuzzi for my honeymoon. First of all the toilet was leaking, there was a ant on my pillow, on a couple of occasions the jazuzzi wouldn’t get warm, tv wasn’t a smart tv as it was advertised on the hotel website. As the toilet was leaking we moved rooms the next morning, but felt like we had wasted a full day due to complaining then waiting for it to be fixed. When we spoke to the hotel reception about the tv they said if you have a Samsung you can mirror your phone to the tv, my husband did have a Samsung bug still was unable to do so, we were passed to person to person to try and get it resolved, the manager was in talks with IT and said if it can’t be fixed she will buy a device that links the tv to our phone, which was never done, but instead she gave false promises then she avoided the subject on the last few days. One of the reasons we booked this hotel is because we wanted a smart tv otherwise we would of booked somewhere else. The food was okay, lunch was the same everyday but after day 4 we was bored of it. If you book in the al acart restaurant they charge you for water even if you are all inclusive but don’t tell you until after the meal. The location isn’t great not much to do around the area. Overall staff were lovely and friendly, but massively disappointed in the false advtising, really ruined our stay.

Nice rooms very clean with a balcony. Rooms made up every day.Facilities ok but only one bar with some entertainment. Despite it being April it was quite busy pool water still a bit too cold to be enjoyable although did not stop some.The food in the main dining area was average although the Cretan restaurant was nice and better.The all inclusive deal was only up to 11.00pm and some drinks not included.Staff very good and helpful.Location ok but a hire car is really a must to see the sights.There is parking which is useful. Overall no complaints even allowed us a late check out in another room for a small fee.

Spa and massage are surely recommended. Thanks to Spa therapist Mikela. Atmosphere is relaxed and gives a comfortable feeling. The Massage and polite treatment is in my eyes how it should be and an advice for everybody. Thanks for the relaxing massage.

Such a great spot to grab some much needed sun. The bar and restaurant staff are exceptional. Food perfect for me. Our room was airy and clean. My only criticism is that they pump out loud poor music around the pool all day. And at night too, when sitting around chatting is what we wanted to do. Had a great massage from Silvana though.

What a disappointment for my husband's 60s birthday. Room: absolutely dirty and outdated. Bathroom:Filthy and rusty. Water comes out of the drain on the floor Staff: reception completely disregard my comments and attitude that shut me down Restaurant:not the best
