I stayed at this hotel for 10 days in the sensus area with a jazuzzi for my honeymoon. First of all the toilet was leaking, there was a ant on my pillow, on a couple of occasions the jazuzzi wouldn’t get warm, tv wasn’t a smart tv as it was advertised on the hotel website. As the toilet was leaking we moved rooms the next morning, but felt like we had wasted a full day due to complaining then waiting for it to be fixed. When we spoke to the hotel reception about the tv they said if you have a Samsung you can mirror your phone to the tv, my husband did have a Samsung bug still was unable to do so, we were passed to person to person to try and get it resolved, the manager was in talks with IT and said if it can’t be fixed she will buy a device that links the tv to our phone, which was never done, but instead she gave false promises then she avoided the subject on the last few days. One of the reasons we booked this hotel is because we wanted a smart tv otherwise we would of booked somewhere else. The food was okay, lunch was the same everyday but after day 4 we was bored of it. If you book in the al acart restaurant they charge you for water even if you are all inclusive but don’t tell you until after the meal. The location isn’t great not much to do around the area. Overall staff were lovely and friendly, but massively disappointed in the false advtising, really ruined our stay.
