Great stay!
Spacious, updated lobby, quick check-in, loved the room configuration with small sofa and private balcony, we were pleasantly surprised as it was a great stay and at a great rate!

Could do better
When I arrived the desk help was very courteous. When I got to my floor there was laundry out in the hall on the floor by a room and a laundry basket full of dirty bedding/ towels that was there my entire stay by my room. No one emptied the trash in my room or offered fresh towels. The room I was in had a fold out bed which had no sheets or a blanket. The reason I chose this hotel is because its close to my parents and I dont have far to drive to get to their home. I can't say that I was happy at all with my stay:(

Visible dust all over everything, hairs all over floor, bathroom, even hairs in cabinets & ceiling, spills on 3 chairs that were able to be wiped off so not stains.

It just wasn't clean. Customer service was amazing. Pool was fun. But the tub wasn't clean, the carpet had spills, and the pull out mattresses needed to be replaced. Its just time for an upgrade especially for the pricing. We had superior suites.
