Location! Private, well located near High Peaks. Great layout of rooms. Very spacious. Lovely white birch lined driveway. Enjoyed the wildlife from the many large windows. Owner was quick to respond to our questions. Cell service was spotty but I was ok with that.

Nice large place for friends or family The place worked perfect for us. The size and location was great. It was clean and had all we needed - I only gave it 4 stars for cleanliness because it's an older place and I don't want to mislead anyone who is expecting something new.

Winter Getaway Very lovely location, and a very comfortable and homey house! We enjoyed the wood stove and the wood that was provided. The house is very spacious and we were very happy to be able to bring our three dogs with us. We want to return when the weather is warmer, maybe in May.

Perfect landing spot for a high peaks hiking trip The location of this house is amazing! Right in the high peaks region and on a beautiful, quiet road. House is stocked with everything you could need and we really enjoyed using the fire pit after our hikes.

Disappointed The house had hot water, the linens were clean and smell good. Location is good for area hiking. Very Low maintenance Water not for drinking - smell of sewage Mouses and Beatles at the house Beds like hammocks
