Apartment was spacious, clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Nice views. Easy access for parking. Was very windy and wind noise was sleep disturbing with whistling under the front door. Also, could not complete the pre-registration process on my mobile despite multiple attempts but was looked after very well over the phone

The apartment is beautiful. Good base for exploring the area. Wollongong is an industrial city. The city itself is not really great. But within a short distance there are beautiful waterfalls, beaches, temples etc. to visit.

Apartment was a good size and good location. The free parking was great. Unfortunately the apartment was filthy. The floors were absolutely gross and turned white socks black in an hour. We paid for early check in for 11am, but had to follow up several times and the room wasn’t ready til 12:30pm. The door code failed after our first night. When trying to get in with a 6month old and a 3yo late at the night the operator said “you’ll just have to wait ten minutes for the code to reset”. We would not stay again.

A wonderful apartment with excellent staff support. The place is clean, tidy and a great place to comfortably relax. Ample parking in a securd area. It is a short 10 minute walk to good food and groceries. The location allowed us to visit Kiama, Jervis bay and surrounds.

I recently stayed at the apartments in Kula and had a wonderful experience! The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with stunning views that made every morning special. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything I needed. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any questions. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy my time in Kula. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Kula Woolongong was wonderful to deal with. Lovely kind staff. We stayed to be near a loved one in hospital and everything ran so smoothly. The digital check in/check out in system was excellent. The appartment we stayed in was beautifully appointment and far superior to any other service appartment I have stayed at. Well appointed and ultra modern with all needs and amenities catered for plus a lovely rooftop pool and a gym plus a secure car park. Every expectation was exceeded and I would not hesitate to recommend Kula Stays to anyone. 10/10 for quality and service!
