There was cockroaches in our room and staff said it's just season and it's okey and after that we had to ask ourselves repeatedly if they have some kind of silicone manager said the staff will come and fix it after staff came we had to point with finger 4 times in the same place to make sure he closes all the holes Food there is average maybe 2-3 choices to eat and everyday is the same, a LA carte was very nice and tasty and the staff at restaurant was amazing, We left tip in our room for staff who cleans and hoped to see the swan or something made out of towels we came back and the dirty towels that were on the floor were folded and put back in place, the view is truly amazing and probably the only thing why we chose this hotel. Other stuff speaks very bad English it's more like 3 stars not 4

Our stay left a very good impression – we really enjoyed everything: delicious and varied food, a wide range of activities, and a great location. It’s a perfect place for both relaxation and active leisure. The only downside was the room. We were given a room on the ground floor with a view of some bushes. The door was damaged, there was no sound insulation, and the room was small and felt quite worn-out. If we had the opportunity, we definitely would have chosen a better room when booking the trip through the agency.

Hotel and its personnel is very nice and friendly, we recommend you to visit here . As per price i think that it is the best hotel in kemer, Foods and drinks are so delicious and preferrable, ıf you are thinking, it is a must hotel !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The location is good, the atmosphere is terrible, because they took to work with peasants and half of them behaved inadequately, if I'm not mistaken they are from Kazakhstan or something like that. A small example for me was an early departure and breakfast is from 7 am I went into the hall at 6:15 I asked if I could have coffee the guys allowed and then I asked at the kitchen if I could eat 1 small bun which was standing there in a mountain, I was answered hostilely no, I said that I was flying away right away and I want to eat 1 bun with coffee. The rooms are normal, BUT we had bought 1 line at the hotel and at first they gave us 2 lines where we have to go through the tunnel under the street for 1 day they gave 1 line and after 2 days they gave our son 1 line. From what I saw there, it was a good place for everyone, probably worked out how to make money. The cuisine is delicious, the beach :))))) you have to go early to put down your towel, people are already running there at 5:30 to put down towels. I liked the SPA staff, great attitude and employees.
