"Beautiful boutique hotel, perfect location in a nice quiet street, but close to everything. The staff is very friendly, nothing is too much to ask. We had to leave earlier before breakfast start time, but they made sure we had a great breakfast. .The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was so comfortable, we now need the upgrade at home !!!Honestly, well recommended, we are coming back for sure. Thank you so much, for the great holiday!"

"We had a really nice 2-week vacation ❤️ Breakfast was included, and everything was good except the machine coffee, which wasn’t so great. There were cheeses, fresh olives from the hotel’s garden, bread, homemade pastries, eggs, etc. Some of the apartments are already renovated. We stayed in an older one, and it was still perfectly fine. Our room had soap, shampoo, shower gel, a small fridge, air conditioning, and a hairdryer. The owners were very welcoming and friendly, and all the staff were wonderful. Every time we had a problem, they helped us right away. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, with olive trees, lime trees, and a beautiful garden. The pool area was also very nice, and there was always space since guests didn’t reserve the sunbeds in advance. One night, a kitten followed us back to Naturella, and the staff kindly gave it food and water ❤️ The location is also convenient – about 15 minutes to the beach and the night club. P.S. "We stayed at this hotel from April 11th to April 18th. The room was a bit dated, but it was always clean. The biggest downside was the bed – it was very hard and uncomfortable, and I woke up every morning with significant back pain. On a positive note, the housekeeper was incredibly kind and even hugged us goodbye, wishing us a safe journey, which was a very nice personal touch. The food was tasty, but there was a lack of variety. Alcoholic drinks were strong and enjoyable. We also really liked the separate “Kingdom of Sea” area across the street – it was spacious and relaxing. However, the beach area was under construction, and there were no shaded sunbeds like shown in the photos, which was disappointing. I had several massages at the spa, and all of them were very good and relaxing. Unfortunately, the spa experience was negatively affected by the receptionist’s attitude. When I had questions about changing the type of massages, she was clearly rolling her eyes and speaking about me with other staff, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The worst experience, however, was with the spa promotion staff member, who made inappropriate comments about my friend’s body. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Because of these experiences, especially with the spa staff, I would not return to this hotel."
