We went sailing on a catamaran with skipper Osman Kara. Highly recommended. The hotel is excellent! The service is top-notch. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you might need. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the housekeeping is impeccable.

It is the 4th time that I come to Maxx Royal Kemer, a super wonderful hotel, clean air, clean water, very fresh food, maximum cleanliness in the room and everywhere. A therapy for relaxing the soul, mind and body. A special thank you to the very educated assistant who helped us with great correctness at every moment, Ms. BENGISU TUGYAN, every question was answered with professionalism and with a smile. In this hotel there is positivity and a lot of relaxation

There're no SOP, no training plans for foreign staff. No proper hygiene. No system. Several F&B staff don't wash their hands after smoking cigarettes. Several F&B staff don't wash their hands after touching the cat that they keep in the kitchen. They keep a cat in kitchen areas of the Emerald restaurant, which is for villa guest use only. I like cats too, but it's unhygienic to keep animals in the kitchen. The management team of this place is very rude and aggressive to foreign staff. There's no respect to foreign staff. There're only rudeness, aggression, favoritism, arrogance, hypocrisy, discrimination, verbal harassment, slavery. This is a real face of Turkish hospitality. It was my first and last job in Turkey. Never will visit this place again as a tourist. The Below mentioned names destroy the reputation of the owner - Mehmet Nuri Ersoy - Minister of Culture and Tourism of Turkey. F&B Director - erman işlek, F&B Manager - mustafa F&B Service Manager - bariş bayar Zone Managers - salih yuzgec, zaur asadov The above-mentioned people are very rude, arrogant, hypocritical, aggressive, and discriminant. F&B Service Manage - bariş bayar, before pointing on someone and mocking someone, look at yourself first. You have the biggest "BELLY" in Antalya.

Everything was excellent thanks to Hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness and service was excellent, food and atmosphere very nice. Strongly recommend this hotel especially for the families. Maxiland was very nice for the kids. Hotel staff was perfect. Five stars.

Perfect service, kitchen and hospitality feom starting to end of our holiday.. all workers, waitress was awesome.. specially beach captain Ufuk Dilmen was wonderfull with his good energy, service, helpness. Hope to visit this place again.

Hotel Maxx Royal Kemer is one of TOP luxury hotels in Turkish Rivier. If you want to spend wonderful and luxurious time in privacy, it will surely exceed your expectations. Service and food are top notch. I am wholeheartedly thankful to Mr. Elizarazu Jackelin, who has always worked with passion, has been helpful and has worked with a smile on his face.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect — the atmosphere, the service, and the overall attention to detail. A special thank you to our manager/consultant Onur, who was incredibly polite, professional, and attentive. He truly went above and beyond to fulfill every request we had, always with a smile. Highly recommend this place — we’ll definitely be coming back
