Unfortunately the hotel had terrible waiting times for simply a coffee or a tea. You can't just take tea yourself, but you have to ask for a hot water every time outside of dining hours.
I think that it is unacceptable to have kitchen not working all the time at a 5 star restaurant.
I am disappointed. There is no ventilation in the dining room and it is covered with smoke.
Beach has Terrible and outdatesd equipment.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The service was excellent. The buffet was absolutely wonderful and had all the necessary items. The activities were numerous and varied. The beach is not sandy and disappointing. The entire location is noisy and not quiet. It is excellent for young people only. It is not suitable for families.

The hotel is a disco and party, you won’t be bored, funny animation, entertainment all day long and there are no screaming children with their mothers - this is a huge plus! Of the minuses, tasteless food, poor quality alcohol, room cleaning is so-so for 4! Well, the contingent is 50% Iranian, the remaining 50% are single Turks and Slavs! Nice clean spa, I recommend it
