Arrived late at the hotel. 3 security guards on the front gate wouldnt allow me access to the hotel as the booking wasnt in my name. My party had already arrived, i had no internet, no mobile data and couldnt contact my party. I decided that i should just walk in. Your 3 security guards became very aggresive. I skinny guy calling me names. 1 big yogi bear guy decided to put his hands in me face and the skinny guard thought it was funny to call me names in Turkish! I had to book another hotel down the road. Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the first 3 representatives from your hotel!!!! Disgusting! Never will i ever come to your hotel!

I stayed at Mirage Park Resort October, and I really enjoyed my time there. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was nice and clean. The garden area is beautiful and well maintained. The food was excellent — such a great variety and everything was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, both in the restaurant and around the hotel. The spa team and massage therapists were amazing — very professional and kind, and the staff at the hair salon were also lovely. The entertainment shows were great, and the Hollywood DJ party was especially fun and impressive! If I could suggest one thing, it would be that the yoga and pilates instructor could be a bit more lively and welcoming. Also, it would be nice to have an extra blanket or sheet available when the weather gets cooler at night. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Exceptional Service
Staff is 5 Star Service all the way around, but housekeeping wins the highest of the high marks! I was well cared for everywhere I went. The cocktails were fabulous particularly the Signature Cocktail pictured below. Housekeeping kept coming up with new ways to make me feel special. And the view from my room was beautiful. I'll be back!

The biggest problem was mosquitoes. There were over 50 bites on my feet and legs. It annoyed me for 2-3 days. This happened mostly at Mia Casa Bar. I informed the Guest Relations regarding the problem. She said they also received a similar complaint from another guest. She said pesticides are applied periodically but apparently it doesn't work with their application method.
Another issue though minor problem for me was that there were almost no drink serve to the tables by stuff. They occasionally asked what to drink but most of time we had to ask or get our drinks from the bar. They neither know how to serve rakı.
Pros: Drink variety and availability, food was good and delicious. Tidy, clean hotel.
The other cons beside above: No dim light for toilet in the room. Very low quality toilet paper in the room for an hotel at this level.

Everything was great, but for the price paid I expected a better food choices and selection. For example there was very little lamb dishes. Seafood was limited and tasted rather bland. I liked the beach, water and nightly entertainment.
