A nice resort with older bathrooms but renovated rooms. Water trips start right from the hotel. Otherwise the price is completely over the top plus a $40 resort fee, which is well over $300 per night just for one night.

For the amount we were charged per night, I thought the facility could’ve been cleaner. I felt this was a 4 price with a 3 star atmosphere.

The staff was pleasant, professional and helpful. The outdoor pool and beach were great areas to relax outside of our room. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Reefhouse to anyone visiting The Keys.

Nicely appointed, friendly staff, great views, nice on-site restaurant & bar. Only downside was that our room (which unexpectedly was upgraded) was semi-updated. Although some of the suite was updated, some areas (bathroom & paint on exterior sliding doors) were not. Also would have liked on-site bike rentals. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

The amenities at the hotel were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to find food in most price and category options. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The Key Largo area seems to be better suited to downtime, or relaxing.

We love the Reefhouse! We’ve stayed here loads of times! The location is great, and we love the west side sunset! The dining options are great, and the staff are always the friendliest! We came down on a last minute trip, and got a great deal! It’s been so expensive lately, so we feel lucky to get a better price. We love the pool and beach areas. We come as a family, and it’s good for kids. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at the Reef and thoroughly enjoyed! From the check-in with Luana and our drinks by the pool and being taken care of by Carlos. The rooms were nice and bright. The grounds are well taken care of - some age shows but overall it's great place! I would definitely come back.

The A/C was off! A lot of heat in the room and to top it off too much smell of Clorox! Terrible! My children are allergic and as soon as they entered the room they began to sneeze, I told the reception to see if they could clean again just to ventilate the room a little and they told me that they could not do anything! Terrible
