BIG4 Easts Beach Holiday Park

We have stayed on 2 occasions on an Ensuite site and each time we have stayed has been fantastic! Highly recommend to anyone with a family, as the facilities on offer for kids is fabulous! The facilities are clean, well looked after & nothing is a hassel and all of the staff are super friendly & very accommodating. Only suggestion would be that the little shop / takeaway was open at all times, not just weekends & NSW school holidays.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with our 3 children. We've stayed at many Parks throughout Australia and this quickly became one of our favourites after our recent stay. Right on a gorgeous beach, lots of facilities for the family which which were all well maintained, helpful staff... the list goes on. We can't wait to be back!!!!

My family recently stayed in a holiday villa at big 4. These rooms are extremely tired, in much need of an update and some tlc. Upon arrival at our villa, we found a dead cockroach in the main bedroom, we dismissed it at the time as a one off. However upon waking up early on check out day, we found a dead cockroach under our two year olds portacot, another under the fridge door then a further two that scurried across the floor. It is extremely disappointing when paying over $300 a night for the accomodation in a reputable holiday park chain. Further while less significant than the issues with the room, it was disappointing at almost all areas of the park to see the supervision of children not being enforced with our two year old almost being trampled multiple times by older kids in the kids monkey play area.

The Big4 Easts Beachs has over 150 year old history and the entire staff at the resort is incredibly proud about their place of work which reflects in their hospitality for the guests The location is absolutely stunning, the waterpark is very nice, there is a video game parlour some free games as well, there is an on board cafe, a movie room, games room !!!!!

We spent three nights in number 24, a two story building, one road back from the beach. Very clean and very well maintained. The whole park is very well maintained, from the grounds to the pools, to the playgrounds and communal areas. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, as were the other staff members encountered during the stay. I would highly recommend this place and can see why it is busy, even in the winter.

Beautiful Holiday Park in a stunning location and having the beach in walking distance was awesome. We were however disappointed in the way they are with their rules, we couldn't drink coffee in the pool area, we got food from the cafe and same thing happened we had to leave to eat which was frustrating considering the girl on duty waited for us to start before saying anything. We were enjoying a few laughs and were asked to quiet down so we said fair enough as we didn't realise the time then they turned around and said if we didn't listen, we would be asked to leave. When we decided to go down to the beach there were 4 men standing at the boom gates which was very intimidating. So based on this we won't be back, we have been to so many Big 4's and this one is by far the worst. There is a way to handle situations and clearly, they need some training as they have no people skills whatsoever. We also had to wait 30 mins for Fish and Chips which was ridiculous. Slowest service ever, have more stuff on so people aren't waiting long.

This was our third visit here and we've already booked in for next year. The beachfront cabins are superb. The staff are lovely also. We even had our BBQ replaced when our one broke down. Definitely well worth the money.

This is a fabulous caravan park. So much for the kids to do, much more than I’ve seen in many caravan parks. We were lucky enough to get a powered site next to the ocean and to lay in bed listening to the waves at night was just wonderful. The amenities are clean and the grounds are well looked after. The little cafe there served the best Hawaiian hamburgers. Yummy! Another plus is that getting to the little town of Kiama, where all the restaurants are, is just down the road.

All The Staff where absolutely amazing. We travelled from Brisbane QLD to Kiama due to a family members very ill health in hospital and sadly passed away the following day. on arrival they were so helpful and understanding they gave us early check in as my kids myself and partner were all tired from the 13.5 hour drive throughout the night and being so far from home worried about where they would sleep. so not sleeping in the car until check in was just wonderful. And something we will forever be greatful for. They ensured we had everything we needed constantly checking in to make sure we where okay. Muchly appreciated. The accommodation was above average. the park and amenities was kept very clean a park to be proud of. The views where breathtaking and very needed at such a sad time for us. The staff also went above and beyond with short notice that we needed to extend our stay and ensured we had one less stress to deal with. They provided clean linen and towels that we where so greatful for whilst dealing with all the funeral details we where able to just be able to have a hot shower with a clean towel and fresh sheets a small comfort for some but a huge one for us as a hot shower after the days sad events is something we very much needed. The kids pools and playground and games room was also very wonderful a little time away from grieving adults for the kids is just what was needed. Overall 100 stars if we could rate that high. Can not rate this park highly enough. The staff where so supportive and very approachable. A+++ Thank you for all you did for our family. We stayed in Ocean Villa 19!
