The location was fantastic (food options walking distance away), parking was readily available and sheltered (underground carpark), there's a small 24 hour gym though unfortunately the pool was close due to some maintenance issues. Ample power points and wifi connectivity was great. There were also free movies you could watch in your room too! Loved the service! The staff were attentive, timely and you can help yourself to snacks (including apples) at the front desk. Will definitely stay there again!

It was pretty good.  Our Bed wasn't made after 1st Night, otherwise all good.

We had a great stay at the hotel. In new clean and nice design rooms with the high quality of furniture. We loved it. Great location if you want to explore the area closed to the Parliament House. A pretty lot variety of cafe and restaurants. The staff kind and nice. If we have chance to visit Canberra again will stay here. Strongly recommend this hotel to our friends and others

We enjoy our stay in the hotel as well as Canberra so much! Location is quiet and easy to find. Bed is very cozy and comfortable, we both have a good sleep. Room is clean and tidy. Nice staff. If there is a small platform/table in the large bathroom would make it better.

It's quite convenient, there are a lot of food in the back, and parking is free! ! This is very cost-effective and suitable for self-driving

A hotel that exceeded expectations. I booked a one-bedroom suite with a large living room, a separate bedroom and a kitchen. There is a supermarket near the hotel, so it is very convenient to buy steak and cook it. If you are too lazy to cook, there are also Chinese restaurants nearby that are also delicious. The most important thing is that the hotel has free parking. You don't have to worry about roadside charges or parking is too expensive. You can park anywhere you want, which is very important in Australia.

There were not many people when I checked in, and I was able to upgrade my room for free. The parking lot is right below, and you can take the elevator directly to it, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The surroundings are very quiet, and the restaurants are only a few minutes' walk away. Except that the reception desk is not very easy to find and the signs outside the house are not obvious enough, everything else is great!

There is an obvious motor noise on the ceiling of the bathroom door in the bedroom, which affects sleep.
