家族4人での利用でしたので貸切風呂は非常に助かり種類も露天風呂２つ室内風呂２つと豊富で何回も入ってしまいました 料理も種類が豊富で家族全員満足致しました また機会があれば是非利用したいと思いました

這間日式旅館駕車去比較方便，去最近的餐廳商店區要駕車約四、五分鐘，旅館門外庭園/停車場外是馬路，沒有散步的地方。駕車去霧島神宮大約10-15分鐘。 旅館的裝修很新，日式房間很大，清潔舒適，設備一應倶全，服務誠懇慇切。四個獨立個別使用的風呂，兩個室外，兩個露天，很有日式格調，使用舒適。早餐在餐廳個別間隔吃，食物豐富美味。 總體是享受度很高溫泉之旅。 PS. 山上一帶紅葉超靚，讚！

服務很好，可惜温泉衹有四間房，晚上洗澡要排隊，湯池的水也有點臟

I used it for the first time on a business trip. If you like hot spring ryokan, this Hanazura-san has a "small guide" here and there in the hotel, and I liked the signboard lol. I hope you will continue to do your best. As you can see in the guide, the ryokan here can use the open-air and indoor baths for free if they are available. I was able to enter, and I was able to enjoy Yunohana. The room may feel a little dated, but I was able to rest on the fluffy futon. It wasn't cramped like a business hotel, and I was able to do my work at a large table without being affected by the Wifi speed. It seems that it is managed by a small number of people, so I can't help but ask that the inside of the hotel be well-cleaned, like a city hotel. It is also ventilated for virus countermeasures. I didn't have time to take all 4 baths, so I'd like to look forward to the rest at the next opportunity.
