when we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was very unfriendly and not happy at all, giving us an unpleasant experience

Ok I saw a few bugs not a real big deal even thing else was ok

It was recently renovated. It and would have been great if they fixed the gaps in the doors that let bugs in the room.

I booked two queen beds but no room of that was available, but overall, the customer service was kind. Restaurant everywhere good location. Oh the one bed room is extra small but has no drawers to put your clothes in if you're traveling from out of town.

The price was cheap, the facilities were good, and the hotel was clean and nice!

The hotel is very well located, with easy access to parks (especially Dianey) and outlets and the qualities stop there. Out of a 13 night stay we only had room service twice. Twice I had to go to reception to ask for clean towels because the last room service was done they didn't even replace them. Still regarding room service, it was limited to a quick sweep and making the bed, no deeper cleaning, not even to welcome new guests. The TV didn't work even one day, there is no telephone in the room, and depending on where you stay, the walk to reception is a bit long. The internet for the first 5 days was also horrible. It needs to improve a lot.
