Quite a nice hotel. Accessible to places via walking. The room is clean and comfortable. Daily changing of towels and bath robes is provided (may not be that environmental friendly). It will be good to provide a few hangers 😊 Otherwise, it's been a pleasant stay in the hotel.

It takes about 20 minutes to take the bus + walk from Shin-Kobe Station. It is a 10-minute walk from Sannomiya Station. The location is convenient and the environment is OK. The restaurant is relatively small and it is a bit difficult to find a seat when there are many people in the morning.

Great location. Need to pay for parking. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Provide free sample size skin care products. Room is quite small but acceptable. Overall recommended

The place is nice and clean. The location is lied on the center of KOBE which is surrounding by all brand name shop and close to walking street. The atmosphere is quiet and beautiful. Very highly recommended . Considering a room is slightly big compared to a normal hotel in Kansai area

THE HOTEL IS WELL LOCATED, CLOSE TO THE SEA, THE PORT, YOU CAN TAKE A WALK IN THE EVENING. IT IS ALSO LOCATED ON THE STREET OF FAMOUS BOUTIQUES AND CLOSE TO THE STATION. THE ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS, THERE IS GOOD FURNITURE, COMFORTABLE BEDS AND NICE PAJAMAS. THE STAFF IS NICE, THEY QUICKLY RESPOND TO QUESTIONS AND REQUESTS. YOU CAN LEAVE YOUR LUGGAGE BEFORE CHECKING IN.

The high-end hotel that has the longest history in Kobe. It is above a free museum about Kobe. It was very luxurious, and had a wonderful restaurant for Kobe beef, but don't forget to reserve online. All rooms face a certain direction toward the mountains, but not toward the water. During our stay, the gym was not available. And the location is surrounded by luxury brands, not by the station or markets for food.

The service was very good and the amenities we can take as many as needed. The food was very good also. Though the staff did not call to remind for our checkout time and we were 30mins late to checkout, the hotel did not charge us since it was New Year as their compliment for their customer. So thank you so much Hotel Sunroute Sopra-Kobe and looking forward to stay here again when we go back here in Kobe 😉

5-10 mins walk from Sannomiya station, relatively convenient and quiet place. Hotel is a bit old, though basic necessities are fine. Room is relatively spacious and can easily handle out luggage. Average stay in general.

This time my trip has some unexpected problem. my son suffered from Gastroenteritis during midnight and the hotel help us to call emergency ambulance to hospital and closely follow up our case. Finally he recovered in 1 to 2 days after taking medicine and hotel staff continue to follow up our case. I would like to take this chance to thanks for all hotel staff support especially the front desk. I would definitely refer this hotel to anyone who would like to visit Kobe. Thanks
