Mr. Sangeet and his team of highly enthusiastic people do not leave any stone unturned to make their guests fell royal. The indoor games, swimming pool, and spa facilities come a close second to the breath-taking views.

It is very hot with no fans in the property a/c not working properly poor service and bad maitainence if you are Delhi wala go north. Rooms were dirty uf you think you will have a coffee experience no no coffee tasting no nothing. Only thing nice was coffee tour by the assistant ***ager

There are no words to describe how amazing our experience was all i can share is my experience on all the 4 days of my stay. When we initially enquired about the resort Mr. sangeet sundar just told us to come to the resort and everything will be taken care of. I was little skeptical because i was traveling ***** with my 6 yr old son and 4 yr old daughter. As soon as i reached resort we were given an amazing room with a beautiful view of the resort. I was so overwhelmed to see such a beautiful resort and throughout has been a beautiful experience. Right from plantation walk by Mr.Kumar sir to the restaurant by Mr.Pradip sir chef everything was just perfect and timely executed even before we asking for any help it was ready right in front of our eyes. We experienced our second home here at windflower resort coorg. I am definitely visiting very soon and this trip would not have been possible if Mr. sangeet sir was not there. so we are extremely grateful to him for an amazing experience and it was him who made it wonderful.

Though it is mentioned as a 5 star property, there is nothing 5 star about it. We booked the premium suite. It was kept clean and the rooms were large but overall the property looked worn out and old maybe due to the climate and rain. The surroundings is lush and green and extremely gorgeous greenery with crickets and birds chirping throughout the day and night. The infinity pool surrounded by trees was good but the pool was not heated and the water was too chilly for children. Last stretch to reach the resort is a bumpy ride. The food was a let down, breakfast was alright but lunch and dinner was below average. One of the chicken dishes was stale. Service was average nothing over the top. Overall, I’d say just average.

Amazing hospitality, yummy food, beautiful place one can go with friends and family is WINDFLOWER, madikeri… had the best holiday. Looking forward to visit again.😊 Rooms are very well maintained, spacious bathrooms too.

Pros 1. Staff is courteous, polite and helpful 2. Food is decent 3. There is good amount of greenery all around the resort and hence if you like long nature walks, it offers good options Cons 1. Housekeeping is casual -had to be reminded daily about filing in shower gel, soap in dispensers. 2. There is no a la carte menu option -although hotel agreed to provide us to choose a la carte from the buffet. I feel the reservations should have communicated us about this 3. The resort had done a bad job of patching the glass partition between open shower and room bathroom -that allowed a frog to enter our bathroom in the night. This was quite disappointing. 4. The last 1 km stretch to the resort is quite bad and gets worse when it rains.

A big shout out to the entire team at Windflower coorg for making a 50+ team outing for 2 nights an unforgettable experience. From the front office, rooms, amenities, lounge bar, conference rooms, food, housekeeping to the minute details like luggage coordination that were taken care of by the team. Special mention to the GM, Mr. Sangeeth( overall support ) Mr.Sachin( front office), Mr. Kumar (events) Mr. ***ikandan ( Food and services) Mr. ***ohar for coordinating the bookings. Mr. Rocky bhai from the service team. Thank you for all the care you put into making sure our stay was comfortable! We look forward to coming back to Windflower again.

Great place to enjoy nature, well-appointed amenities and amazing service. Although there for a very short stay, it was a great break from the bustle of the city and done by the team in a way that made the entire experience effortless and enriching
