Hotels in Lonely Beach / Bai Lan Bay, Koh Chang

I recently stayed in a pool villa at this hotel, and while the overall experience was okay, there were some issues. The villa itself was spacious and nice, but it felt a bit old and in need of maintenance. One major downside was the jacuzzi, which had a bubble function that wasn’t working. The shower was also frustrating, as the water heater didn’t function properly, giving only very hot or very cold water with no in-between. On the second day, we faced low water pressure, and the heater stopped working altogether. Despite informing the staff in the late morning and returning in the afternoon, the problem was still not fixed. It seemed like the front desk and the maintenance team didn’t communicate well, which was disappointing. As for the breakfast, it was just okay—nothing special but decent enough. That said, one good point is that the price is reasonable compared to other hotels on the island. If they can improve their maintenance and service, this place could be a much better choice.

Great resort generally, right on a lovely beach. Excellent restaurant facilities, fantastic food every time. Great swimming pool. Mould on shower heads by pool very off putting though, Why have they still not sorted that out? Room perfect and excellent bed, lovely bathroom, though shower wasn't very impressive. For a resort of this quality they really need to have better showers fitted. Fantastic staff throughout. On the whole I would definitely recommend a stay here and I would stay again

We loved everything, and the main criteria when looking for a hotel was walking distance to a good beach and a room as close to the sea as possible. So, we were very pleased! The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location on what we consider to be the best beach on Koh Chang. For this, we can forgive its other shortcomings. The main drawback is the distance from cafes, shops, etc. You have to walk about 15 minutes along the beach. Also, the monkeys that wandered the hotel grounds every day in search of food were a bit of a nuisance. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast; it wasn't anything special, but we didn't leave hungry. The rooms close to the beach are all renovated and fresh. Overall, we recommend it! We'll definitely be back 😊

There is a reef beach in front of the hotel. It is so fun and interesting to catch the sea. If you want to play on the beach, it is a wise choice. It is very convenient to turn left after leaving the hotel to have a meal, massage, or rent a motorcycle. Our favorite is to eat at a small stall, which can cook dishes according to your needs, the kind that suits the Chinese stomach. It’s more than four kilometers away by motorcycle to Bangbao, which is convenient for booking various overseas projects. It is best to prepare more cash when staying in this hotel. There is no white sand beach here, and you may not be able to swipe credit cards. This place is relatively primitive, less commercial, very quiet, and more suitable for rest and in-depth travel. There are many monkeys in front of the hotel. , not chasing people, and lizard, a hotel I love very much, and will choose it next time.

Kind owner, accommodation near restaurants, grocery stores, swimming pool, air-conditioned rooms are cool. There is a snook table to play with. The price is not strong. Near Himmel bar too, near the mercure hotel to sit on the beach.

The hotel is located near the best beach of the island Lonly beach, 5 minutes by bike. Rental Bikes is nearby. We took a bike for a week, we bargained. When choosing a hotel, we looked at the location and prices. In principle, everything is in line. No frills. Water, air conditioning, fan, they bring drinking water in the morning. On the territory there are many cafes and mini-shops, clubs that are open every day until 4 am. But the music did not bother us, since this hotel is located at a sufficient distance from the noisy area. The rooms were cleaned once a week, when we asked ourselves. There is also no wardrobe for clothes and they do not provide a sheet to cover yourself with. They only give warm blankets. But we asked and they gave us. When leaving, the administrator offered us a taxi from the hotel to another hotel. A regular tuk-tuk came for us (there were still people there) and took us to the place. 150 baht per person

Booked for 3239 rubles. We got a clean little house number 13. There is a refrigerator, toilet paper and soap in the house. It will do for an overnight stay. I do not recommend it for a long term stay. For the same price you can rent a luxury hotel nearby. In general, price/quality. Do not expect much from this place.

Good value for money. Bathroom and bungalow were very clean. The ladies who run the cottage were super nice and helped us a lot. There is also a scooter rental at fair local prices. Unfortunately no good access to the sea
