### Review of Samed Grandview Resort
We recently stayed at Samed Grandview Resort and had a wonderful experience overall. The resort's location is stunning, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere that made our stay enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met.
However, we felt that the beach entertainment could use some improvement. While the idea of music on the beach is great, the selection and execution were somewhat lacking, making it a bit boring at times. As professionals in the entertainment industry, we believe there are ways to enhance the experience for guests, such as incorporating a more diverse music selection or live performances.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to see the entertainment aspect elevated for an even better guest experience. Thank you for considering our feedback! 🙏🏻

Booked Deluxe Grand Executive room for 131e/night for two people for four nights.
COULD NOT GET TWO KEY CARDS FOR THE ROOM, RECEPTIONIST REFUSED THE REQUEST FOR SECOND 20 cent PLASTIC KEY!?!?!? NOT NORMAL SERVICE AND NOT PRACTICAL FOR TWO PEOPLE!!!
ALSO THE BUILDING HAS NO ELEVATOR!!!
Had to climb to third floor with luggages as bell boy was somewhere....also the actual room is in two levels i.e.: entrance and toilet downstairs, bedroom and living room upstairs.
Outside balcony shower and bath tub had no privacy as shower is visible to the courtyard.
Stayed 4 nights and 2 days water and electricity interruptions.
Beach bar Happy Hour doesnt work traditional way:
Ordered Kamikaze and Strawberry Margarita and tacos.
Drank the first Buy 1 get 1 Free and ate the tacos.
Waited for the second drinks for a while but then waitress brings us bill without asking it.
Happy Hour had ended and we didnt get our second drinks but got invoiced for only one THB350 cocktail and tacos, so be aware of the Grand View Happy Hour practices and dont miss the ordering window like we did. 🤭
Daily issues with the restaurant card machine, cant pay with a CC.
Clean and modern room, but poor service and not practical room with two levels and stairs.

Was 2.5 hours late when the rooms were given. Staff did not even allow 30 minutes extra for the check-out. Not optimal considering value for money

Ao this hotel was good and not good at the same time. The night desk manager was confused when we came in with booking through trip.com, they had to call their manager to ask how to deal with us. I had to wait for almost 40mins before we were able to get our room. Then they changed me extra for the 3rd person even though the room included 3 breakfast. But trip.com made it right for me. There was so much mosquito in each room. We have to keep asking them to spray the room.
Location for this hotel is great. The beach is beautiful and the head bellboy or Beach boy was very helpful.

Chef in kitchen on egg station was extremely rude and I had to speak to guest relations manager twice about his attitude. It didn't help and he still smirked while ignoring me chatting to him to get more waffles made for the waffle station
