Malibu Samed Resort ★★★
"It’s good and clean. Pretty far from saikeaw beach but it’s clean. The room is good and the swimming pool is amazing"
Sai Kaew Beach Resort ★★★★
"Traveling with kids and elderly parents, we booked two rooms for two nights. At the time of booking, only deluxe rooms were available, and the price wasn't great. The rooms were arranged in a row of three, quite far inside, and a bit small with poor soundproofing, but they were clean. The hotel has its own pier, and the ferry to and from the island is free. Our luggage went directly to the island's front desk, which was very convenient. We were charged a 200 Thai Baht per person island fee at check-in, but it was refunded at check-out, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff, both at the pier and the hotel, were very friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was also plentiful. Next time we visit Koh Samet, we'll definitely book a deluxe cottage closer to the beach."
Stellars Samed Resort ★★★
"Loved everything from start to finish! A pleasant, clean, and comfortable hotel with a pool. Room was cleaned daily, but you need to hang the sign for service. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are various cafes nearby. Two 7/11s are also within a 5-minute walk. Really enjoyed it!"
Samed Cabana Resort ★★★
Overlooking the turquoise waters of Ao Phai, this rustic-chic resort offers thatched-roof cabanas, beachfront dining, and easy access to the nightlife.
Avatara Resort ★★★
Perched on a hillside with panoramic ocean views, this boutique resort boasts spacious rooms, an infinity pool, and a peaceful escape from the crowds.
Samed Villa Resort ★★★
Set right on the white sands of Ao Wong Duean, this resort combines classic Thai-style bungalows with lush gardens and direct beach access.
Suncloud Koh Samet ★★
Situated on the serene eastern coast of Koh Samet, this beachfront retreat offers modern rooms with sea views and easy access to Ao Wong Duean’s calm waters.
Tonsak Resort ★★★
"Beautiful resort right at the beach front. Nice room size, beautifult landscape design and maintenance. Staffs at the beach front restaurant were particularly busy. Hope they are nicely rewarded."
Samed Hideaway Resort ★★★
"Pure relaxation. Pure nature and complete tranquility. Less than 5 minutes by taxi that costs 150-200 baht, you have arrived in the center where you can find everything you want."

La Lune Beach Resort
"I have nothing to compare it to, as I haven't vacationed on the island before. But overall, it was fine. The bed was insect-free. It's located right next to the beach. No sun loungers, just chairs."
Samed Grandview Resort
"Booked Deluxe Grand Executive room for 131e/night for two people for four nights. COULD NOT GET TWO KEY CARDS FOR THE ROOM, RECEPTIONIST REFUSED THE REQUEST FOR SECOND 20 cent PLASTIC KEY!?!?!? NOT NORMAL SERVICE AND NOT PRACTICAL FOR TWO PEOPLE!!! ALSO THE BUILDING HAS NO ELEVATOR!!! Had to climb to third floor with luggages as bell boy was somewhere....also the actual room is in two levels i.e.: entrance and toilet downstairs, bedroom and living room upstairs. Outside balcony shower and bath tub had no privacy as shower is visible to the courtyard. Stayed 4 nights and 2 days water and electricity interruptions. Beach bar Happy Hour doesnt work traditional way: Ordered Kamikaze and Strawberry Margarita and tacos. Drank the first Buy 1 get 1 Free and ate the tacos. Waited for the second drinks for a while but then waitress brings us bill without asking it. Happy Hour had ended and we didnt get our second drinks but got invoiced for only one THB350 cocktail and tacos, so be aware of the Grand View Happy Hour practices and dont miss the ordering window like we did. 🤭 Daily issues with the restaurant card machine, cant pay with a CC. Clean and modern room, but poor service and not practical room with two levels and stairs."
Samet Lucky Resort
"Not bad, quite happy with the location."
Ao Cho Grandview Hideaway Resort
"Beautiful location. Friendly staff. Well worth the cost.☺️"
Ao Prao Resort
"The room and staff service were excellent, living up to many reviews I'd read. However, I have one suggestion: the bathroom was too damp, the shower pressure was weak, and the sink felt too low, requiring a significant bend to use. The breakfast was good, delicious, and offered a wide variety."
Kala Krang Nueng
"I really liked the hotel's location; everything is close by. There was no street noise in the room, and there were no insects either. The air conditioning worked perfectly; it wasn't stuffy. The breakfasts were delicious, with a good selection. It's also convenient that you can rent a bike at the hotel."
Le Vimarn Cottages & Spa
"The hotel's overall environment is great, perfect for a vacation, and the room privacy is excellent, very comfortable. The drinks at the restaurant are also delicious, and you can see many giant clams and fish on the beach right outside. The only downside is that the chlorine in the swimming pool is too strong! My child's body, inner thighs, and neck all broke out in rashes. My child swims frequently, and we've never encountered this at previous hotels. Even my friend developed scattered red rashes after swimming for just half an hour."
Paradee
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages, body treatments, and facials. Soak up the sun on the private beach or enjoy other leisure facilities, including an outdoor pool and a steam room. Other perks at this resort include free Wi-Fi, gift shops/newsstands, and wedding services.
Samed Seaside Resort
"I don’t typically write bad reviews or just any reviews in general but man this hotel really did a great job on disappointing their guests Hotel: First day: When we entered the room, first thing we saw was extremely yellow mysterious water in the toilet. Smelled awfully humid and felt like it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. There is no hand soap, toothpaste/brushes, or any hygiene necessaries even the shower gel was out which clearly tell you that they do not check. Couldn’t even get our hands washed… Then next thing is the small side bed, I personally don’t understand why they designed it that way but there is a bunch of DUST and HAIR and DEAD BUGS. We needed to ask for a new clean but I think it should be a standard clean routine before every guest checks in… Then next thing, we opened the fridge, tried to put our drinks in then we saw an opened bag of mango for some reason. Second day: We asked for a clean up for the room when we were out exploring the island. Came back with the pillows being thrown onto our suitcases??? I don’t find any reason to make it make sense The beach: I checked in and wanted to just chill the f out on the beach. The second I stepped on the beach, I got poked in the foot by some glass. Then Ilooked around, glass was everywhere on the beach. BE CAREFUL if you’re taking your kids there! In summery, we love the island it’s very quiet and peaceful and beautiful! But this hotel does not respect their guests. They don’t have a hygiene standard. One good thing about it is that it’s close to the pier and the main street and relatively quiet area. BUT The beach is really the worst in the whole island. I would not recommend it and I think it’s overpriced compared to other hotels we looked at. Reconsider before booking"

Evelia Koh Samed
"I was very impressed with my stay here. From the peaceful atmosphere and clean, comfortable rooms to the warm and attentive service, my vacation was filled with happiness. I definitely want to come back again."
Samed Big Cape Resort
"The room is incredibly old, the bed is basically a wooden plank, and the towels are no longer white. The only saving grace is that the room is located at the very end of Koh Samet's best beach, offering a stunning view of the beach and sea from the balcony."
