Beautiful hotel. Amazing staff and right in the beach. Expensive and good value

We arrived BuriRasa afternoon but sadly lost a cellphone on the grab. The hotel’s employee was very enthusiastic and trying very hard to help us. The room was clean and comfortable. We could see the ocean from our balcony. Swimming pool was not so large but water was clean. Breakfast was mainly eggs, bread and fruits. Compared to other hotels on the island, they had Thai noodle soup. If it wasn’t so hot, we would try it. One pity thing is that there were so many mosquitos at the restaurant. We finished our breakfast with our foot constant shaking. But overall, we had a good time there.

The location of this hotel is indeed very good, and the decoration facilities are also very Southeast Asian style, but some of the service staff are really difficult to accept. Firstly, in the middle of the night, the service staff seemed to be wandering around, making several phone calls to ask for some necessary supplies, but they promised not to deliver them. Finally, they all went to the front desk to get them themselves. I was informed that the drinks provided in the room would only be provided for the first time during my stay. I stayed for 4 consecutive nights and received such a response. However, when I checked out, I was also very unhappy. I was notified to pack our luggage and leave in 10 minutes, which was really funny. I hope the hotel management can optimize the process, after all, it is to enjoy life, the price is not cheap, and the service details are too poor to tolerate.

We had a wonderful time in Buri Rasa Village Samui. The hotel is clean and have a nice beach very nice to relax and have a nice time. The highlight is surely the kind and very friendly staff in the hotel. There was always time for a small talk and kind words. I really enjoyed the time. I’m surely will stay in the place again.

Overall, everything was good. The rooms are not new, but everything works functionally. A small minus is the lack of air conditioning in the bathroom - you have to keep the bathroom door open to cool it down.

The room is OK. I stayed on the first floor with a yard. The yard was not very clean. There was a separate swimming pool, or a soaking pool, which was dirty. There were dead insects and leaves all over the pool. I jumped in naked. The other thing was the service. A short-haired guy at the beach bar was terrible. It felt like he was just there to have fun. You were a waiter, and he looked disgusted when you asked any request. This was the story of a rat. But overall it was good. I would stay here again next time! By the way, don't order the hamburgers at the beach bar. They were too unpalatable. The same goes for oysters. You'll have diarrhea after eating them. The sunrise was beautiful. It rose at 6:01. I watched it for a long time, then jumped into the sea to take a bath and went back to sleep.

The reception was good at first, but within half an hour of check-in, the power went out 5 times, and we had a sauna in the room. It was repaired twice and it seemed to be fixed. When I came back at 11 o'clock in the evening, the power was cut off directly, and it didn't work no matter how I inserted the card. I was temporarily changed to a room, which was not only not upgraded but also downgraded. The sound of the bar near the road continued until 3 o'clock, and I had to endure it and fell asleep. As a result, a gecko fell from the door when I went to the toilet in the middle of the night, which scared me and made me sleep uneasy all night. At 9 o'clock, I don't know if it was the kitchen preparing food or something, and there was a sound of tying again, and I woke up again. Because there were too many luggage, I thought I would just endure it for another day, but when I came back the next night, I found that there were many bugs on the quilt. Because I was too tired, I still endured it and slept. On the third day, I felt itchy and uncomfortable. The whole stay was a disaster, and I didn't rest well at all. To sum up, this is the worst hotel experience I have had in so many travels, no one!

This hotel is located in the center of Chaweng Beach. The hotel is clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. The color matching of the room is one of my favorites. The staff is warm and thoughtful. The Thai massage service by the pool is quite good. You can get up before 6 am and watch the sunrise on the beach.

Unfortunately, we were only there for a few days. The hotel is very well located. Not in the middle of the tourist noise, but easy to reach on foot. The hotel looks great, the rooms are very nice and the entire complex is very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For breakfast there is a buffet with European and Thai food. The beach and the sea are perfect for swimming.

The hotel is very beautiful with a beautiful environment. Our room on the first floor smelled a little bit damp and musty. It has a beautiful small garden with soft chairs and hammocks where you can lie down, sit, daze, read, and have great privacy. , lush plants. Behind the hotel is a beach with white sand and clean water. I like it very much. The hotel's breakfast has a little less variety. The service staff are very warm and friendly.
