We travelled as a family of 3 couples and stayed in bungalows 624, 626 and 628. These were upstairs and afforded us the benefit of a sea and beach view from our balcony which was a bonus. On arrival at reception we were greeted by smiling and efficient staff who checked us in. On check in I requested kettles for all 3 rooms and safe hire. Kettles were provided without charge and were in our rooms before the porter in the buggy even got us there! The porter took our cases to the rooms and showed us how the room safe operated, again very efficient. I noticed there were no cups, spoons etc and went to reception who immediately contacted the restaurant for me to collect what I needed. Dimitris not only sorted out a tray big enough for 6 tea settings he got some English breakfast teabags, sugar and milk, I'm sure he would have arranged delivery too but I was happy to carry these myself having put him to so much trouble, he was all smiles and willing to assist. The bungalows we had were well positioned, on coming down the stairs we were immediately at the pool, the pool bar was conveniently close and the outside pool cafeteria was just across from us. We had specifically booked the bungalows as they were between the main hotel with all its facilities and the beach with its bar. I cannot say enough about how good the sandwiches and snacks we had at both the beach and pool bar. There was only one cocktail available at the pool bar on all inclusive, this was a tequila sunrise and was very nice on each occasion I had it which was often! The outdoor pool cafe was exceptional, for being outside the food was very good and was convenient for lunch if wearing swimwear. The upstairs bar which served drinks from 6pm and had an open outside area was comfortable and the cocktails from the all inclusive range were excellent, I particularly liked the caravia beach special but did try them all to be sure! In all parts of the hotel, reception, beach bar, pool bar, pool cafe and restaurant I have to say a special thank you, they could not gave done anymore. The food in the restaurant was fabulous and particularly in the evening was exceptional, the choice and standard of food was excellent. The cleanliness of ALL parts was fantastic, our room cleaner was fantastic and attentive. There are a lot of little extras which we weren't expecting such as Spa slippers and bathrobes in the room Plug in insect repellents The sliding door between the lounge area and bedroom with split air-conditioning areas Separate televisions in the lounge area AND bedroom Mesh screen door to balcony to stop insects when the balcony door was open We booked taxis from reception (Requires 1 hour notice) and was advised to ask whichever establishment we were in to book the return taxi. We also used the bus into Kos Town and back. I was celebrating my 60th birthday and early retirement, flowers were ordered from reception for me and delivered, they were beautiful! I

Myself and my partner stayed in the central hotel for 1 week in a room without a balcony. It was our first holiday together and we found it lacking in areas. We were the only British people in the whole hotel- we got told this at Reception. Every person we met staying at the hotel was German. The room itself was spacious with a small seating area and desk, along with a bed and wardrobe. The shower constantly flooded the bathroom though so the cleaning staff gave us extra bath/ shower mats. The standard of cleaning our room was absolutley incredible. We commented on it everyday and how the cleaning staff couldnt do anymore for you - impeccable! The lift is honestly barely suitable for 2-4 people so cant even imagine a wheelchair or a pushchair. Ive attached a photo of the lift but its so so small. Myself and my partner actually got stuck in the lift with an elderly German couple and couldnt get out. By stuck I mean that the lift doors refused to open at any floor, the emergency telephone in the lift wasnt working and the lights completely went out. I tried to dial reception on my mobile but there was no signal. I dont know why but the lift doors then finally opened on a floor and we all piled out. I then visited reception to tell them what happened and to inform them of the emergency lift phone not working, there hadnt been a power cut and honestly-the gentleman at reception couldnt have cared less if he tried. We stayed by the pool for some days and other days were spent by the beach. Both of which are gorgeous. Plenty of sunbeds in both locations so theres no real need to reserve beds. The weather was stunning the whole time we had our stay. There is a large entertainment staff to entertain children but I must say that it can get quite loud around the pool when a specific gentleman speaks so loudly into the microphone he might as well eat it. The entertainment staff conduct different activities such as Aqua Gym and Volleyball but do tend to pester you round the pool and beach telling you about the evening entertainment. The location of this hotel is quite good as there is a bus that picks you up from the hotel for €2.30 each to take you in Kos Old Town Centre and drops you back later. Evening entertainment for adults was severely lacking in the bar area. Out of the 7 days we stayed. We only had evening entertainment twice. The first night it was an amazing singer then nothing until our 4th night stay which was a pianist. Felt very children based for entertainment. All inclusive is also not all inclusive. Have to pay for extra hot drinks and most spirits are an extra charge too. Food was okay but nothing to rave home about other than the pasta and pizza making gentleman. Thank god for them two because I honestly dont know what I would of had to eat, and im not at all a picky eater. The pasta and pizza was different every night and cooked in front of you. They were amazing as were all of the waiting staff. I booked a massage at the wellne

We stayed in the Junior Suites which is an adults-only area (16+). It truly helped us find some well-needed peace of mind. Breakfast was incredible and don’t get me started on at the pastry chef. Lunch and dinner were delicious even though it could improve. Rooms are extremely comfy with a beautiful view of the “little oasis”, the swimming pool area.

We stayed at the adult only area in June 2024, it was a beautiful place. The food was amazing the restaurant and its staff were five star. The food and service was fantastic and Elvis and his staff were professional , welcoming and so friendly. The room was beautiful and clean the swim up room was a must. The adults area beach was a disappointment and frankly very poor. The peace and quiet was so welcome and I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as a family of 3. Few things let the hotel down but saying that we wouldn't not return here.the entertainment wasnt great.. The drinks were absolutely 100% watered down and only a small amount of cocktails available... most of the popular nice ones had to be paid for. Most the cocktails on the all inclusive contained banana liquor breakfast finished at 10am.. bit disappointing if you wanted a lie in and a later breakfast. On the plus side the bungalow accommodation was amazing.. 2 bathrooms were great and it was a great location in proximity to the beach/pool snack back /pool and restaurant..all within 1 minute walk id say.beach fab but snacks on beach a let down.no hot food. About 30 mins into kos town on the bus for 2.30e pp was great. We are irish , caravia beach was mainly Germans and Dutch. We had a lovely relaxing holiday. Food was amazing and staff always so lovely and pleasant. Nothing was too much

Wow just wow have retuned earlier this morning from a weeks trip to the Caravia we had a junior suite room 827 which is a separate over 16 area away from the main hotel , 1st of all a huge thank you to all the very friendly attentive lovely staff ,2nd the food was the very best morning noon and night so much selection very very tasty with a very relaxed atmosphere I asked if we could take the chef home this is all open air , next to the restaurant was the open air bar which served drinks all day and night with soft drinks great cocktails and beers always served again with a smile with great staff which made our holiday nothing was any trouble (the very best ) our room was a 2nd floor suite above a swim up room with a balcony overlooking the beautiful design pool area everything you need inside inc ice cold air con , walk in shower plenty of wardrobe space again very quite if it’s paradise you want with a proper 5* feel book the junior suites as I will be doing again next year as soon as the prices come out Small gripe was the entertainment I would give 1* this needs to be looked at and really needs to be Every night in the junior suite area ( this is a must) We have traveled to many other4/5* hotels in the past and evening entertainment is a big part of people’s holidays after dinner 1 night was a guy on a sax playing to a background tape completely out of tune and another was two guys supposed to be Rock and pop were singing tunes from the 1920 to 1940s (not good ) on both occasions we had no choice but to go to bed early as found them very poor These are our opinions but will not put us off returning just being honest Thank you Caravia beach my wife and I had a amazing unforgettable holiday and will definitely be back next June 2025 Darren & Coleen

It was our first time at Caravia Beach Hotel and we really enjoyed our time. Me, my husband and our two children (3 and 5 years old) love everything there. The food is very delicious and some of it changes every day (lunch and dinner is always different). Furthermore there is so much selection, that everybody finds something to eat. The Bungalows are clean and beautiful. Four Persons have enough room to feel comfortable. The roomservice is excellent. The distances between the pool, the sea, the bungalow, the reception and the restaurant is short and it takes just a few minutes to reach everything. Last but not least i have to mention the animation-team: They make a fantastic job, bring us a lot of fun and make our holidays special. The mini-club offers different activities like face painting for children, drawing, pool activities and so much more. The sports activities like aqua gym or aqua zumba i like most, above all if Esther do it. Every evening is mini diso for the children in the theater. After that the animation-team play a game with the guests or offers us a show like "Mamma Mia", "The greatest Showman" and "The Lionking". They done it well and we love it mostly. We guess, we will return there, because our holidays was perfect. Thanks a lot for that.

We stayed in the adult only area and everything was fantastic. Peaceful and beautifully designed (not sure I will ever get over a glass loo in the room). The food was fab. The bar and its staff was excellent. The entertainment wasn’t alway on point but fair play for trying. My husband went windsurfing at used the surf school located on the beach, he was really pleased. Won’t bother with Mark Warner again. Happy times, service and experience.
