"The location is very convinient and the personel were friendly, but the management was too strict. We got 4 bed room with our trip.com reservation for a family four, but they wanted to charge extra 30 euros, claiming that our 16 year old dauther cannot be considered as child, even though I showed them a confirmed reservation form trip.com for a 3 adult and 1 child (in trip.com page under 18 year old kids are considered as child). They said they would give a discount of 3 Euros out of 30 Euros, showing a sympathy! We accepted to pay 27 Euros not to waste our short vacation time. But, then, they charged 3 more Euros at the check out time, saying that is for the tax and they forgot about it! The two beds for our son and dauther were sofas, not comfortable. The airconditioners were not cooling enough. The room quality is not for a 4-star hotel, barely 3-star hotel."

"An excellent holiday hotel. The rooms are spacious and light. The kitchenette and it's contents are adequate. The pool, the pool area and the bar are excellent. The cleaning staff are rather noisy from about 7.00 in the morning. Lots of shouting to each other and doors banging, echoing along the corridors."

"Staff were very friendly and resort was amazing. Staff organised a birthday cake with candles and a letter for my sister without being made previously aware of the birthday. We asked for dinner recommendations for her birthday and came back to find birthday cake and card. Great selection of food and restaurants with ample sunbeds around the pools and beach for tanning. We had a late flight so staff collected our luggage from rooms and stored safely, allowing us to continue using the resort facilities. Also able to shower and freshen up in the departures lounge before heading to the airport. Overall great experience, would definitely go back."

"Staff was really friendly and kind. Room was clean, comfy and felt taken care of. Pool area was new and very comfy. Breakfast wasn't a little poor, not having much choice for vegans (only Olives, bread, veggies and jams + coffee(no plant milk)"

"Wir haben den ruhigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen..äußerst freundliches Personal, tolle Zimmer, direkt am Strand. Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen.Sehr gute Strandliegen und grosse Sonnenschirme. Jeden Tag gibt es Mineralwasserflaschen im Eiskübel.Das Hotel liegt ca 20 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Der öffentliche Bus fährt 2mal pro Stunde. Busstation beim Hotel 2 euro pro Fahrt. Der Strand ist steinig Badeschuhe sind zu empfehlen oder zu kaufen im kleinen Supermarkt ca300m vom Hotel links. Das Wasser klar bis,auf,den Grund.Das Essen im Restaurant ist vorzüglich. Der Service auch."
