The overall experience at this hotel was very disappointing, though the front desk service was nice and helpful. We booked a room with twin beds, which was fine. However, after checking in, we discovered that our room was in a separate building, requiring a long walk from the reception. While we found this inconvenient, we were willing to accept it. What we couldn’t accept, however, was how dirty the building was—from the staircase to the room itself. Even worse, it was extremely noisy every evening, with people screaming at night and footsteps echoing up and down the stairways. There was a door marked as an emergency exit to the outside that was never closed, and the first-floor door remained open 24 hours a day with no supervision. On the day of checkout, when we woke up, we found a dirty bag that had been pushed under our door, and we had no idea what was inside it. This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at in Thailand. It’s far from the four-star rating it claims to have.

Far from the beach side have to walk 15 minutes.
pool is okay, kind of noisy with lots of kids.
Buffet breakfast it’s alright could have add more choices.
For the charge rate it’s too expensive especially with the location.

Everything just walking distance.
Hotel is great.
Book for Muay Thai and tour package just beside the hotel. Very good price and service with Mr Chat at the right side of main entrance lobby.
His price is cheaper compare to others. We do the laundry service with him too. Highly recommended.

It was okay . I liked my stay in this hotel but some of the things were a little bit odd. In the hotel we couldn't use the swimming pool because the water was super cold , also ordering food and drinkings starts after 11am. We got the room on the 4th room without elevator.

The room looks nice. With the king size bed just for myself it was spacious. Shower was alright. The pressure of the shower could have been much better. There is not much toilet amenities, just cotton bud and shower cap provided. No tooth brush or toothpaste or combs. The room was not sound proof at all. You can hear people talking from next door or from outside the room. They refilled water bottles daily which was awesome. Staffs provided excellent service and they can speak good English as well.

Clean environment and good room size, I didn’t like the view on the parking on the backside.
The breakfast was good but not as good as other hotel I’ve been around Thailand, I hated cold pancakes.
The locations was good but a bit far from the busy area along the seaside.
