"Two lovely large Poole. Large spacious rooms. Great bathrooms. Safe and air con. Free water, tea and coffee. Beach towels available Gardens and grounds very well maintained. Dinning breakfast area and two bars. Pool bar serving lunch food too. Cocktail happy hour 3-5pm! Breakfast ok. Egg station, pancakes, toast, cereal and pastries. Lots off Asian and mixed pasta/noodle main meals on hot plates. No cooked full English available. Omelettes nice. Location is opposite Ao Nang beach. Centrally located near to strip of bars and restaurants and boat taxis to get to Railey (100bht each way) Nearest 7-eleven is 8 min walk. Lots of lovely restaurants and further into town loud beach bars. Hotel itself very quiet and staff very helpful"

"Upon arriving to Tonsai pier on Phi Phi Island I was afraid of an overcrowded beach packed tourist spot, we secured a longtail straight away and were taken to Saii resort about a 30 min boat ride. It does take some effort or time I should say to get there from Krabi, Koh Lanta, or Phuket but very worth it. We came from Koh Lanta on a ferry. 1.5 hours and then longtail to resort .5 hours. We were welcomed in the beautiful open air surroundings, check in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful and even made arrangements for our departure from the island to the airport in Krabi for days later. The resort is clean a beautiful. We had a Sea View Villa which was fabulous, clean, newly remodeled, and large. Huge front porch to sit on steps from the beach or pool. It was very adult, a quiet easy family or couple environment. Lot's of sitting areas, a seating area at night to listen to a local band. Food at the resort was good but as expected somewhat expensive, food and village out in town was quaint nice and much cheaper. We enjoyed a bit of both. The views, pristine water, serene environment, clean rooms, wonderful staff....spent three days at Saii, and I would go back again. Pics on the website were pretty accurate. If you going to go, which you should, stay for a few several days. It's worth it."

"It was an awesome hotel in railay east. Not a big hotel compared to the surrounding area hotels but they provided all those basic amenities and services required. Breakfast was good with pork meat selection (which was rare in krabi). Pool is clean and well maintained. Overall would highly recommend this hotel for couples who love to have a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere as this is an adults only hotel."

It’s about a 10/15 minute walk to railay west to the other beach and about 10 minute walk to Phra nang beach! Breakfast was really nice, had great options that catered both western and local options. Would definitely come back here for a longer stay."

"We arrived in Phi Phi Island on 28th June 2026, me and my fiancee got to our hotel (Phi Phi Cliff Beach Resort) which was a massive regret staying here. Firstly the air conditioning in the room. So we arrived and being in a hot country we like to have cold air conditioning and at our previous destinations it was great. It kept going off so I went down and asked the reception if they could sort. Yes they sent someone up every time but after them saying they have fixed it, after 30mins to an hour it would go again. I asked them 5 times before changing room, I felt like they was lying every time and if that was me I would of offered to swap the room on the second time of complaining. (Room 4004 We then went to have a shower and there was NO hot water coming out. So yet again I went down to reception and they had to come with a maintenance guy from the hotel to fix it. This was resolved but still wasn’t a great service. (Room 4004) We then got in to bed after a stressful start to the stay and my fiancee noticed a fake eyelash in the bed which is weird considering she doesn’t wear fake eyelashes. Will attach photo below. (Room 4004) The mirror we had in our room also was filthy, it had some red residue on it which looked like blood to us. Will attach photo below. (Room 4004) We then sat on the balcony just to see the views after realising the balcony was covered in some sort of grey paint/dirt. (Will attach photo below) Both rooms. The sun loungers on the beach bit next to hotel were so uncomfortable. Made it hard to relax so we ended up just sitting on the sand. The bed was also so uncomfortable, it would of probably been better off sleeping on the floor. (In both rooms 4004 & 4006) The shower was also leaking somewhere around the door which resulted in the bathroom floor absolutely soaking, I didn’t realise until I fell over because the floor was so wet. (Room 4006) After all this, every night after not getting hardly any sleep while staying here the banging noises were horrendous. The walls must be paper thin as we could here next door talking all night and the tv playing. Lots of should and people being loud, I haven’t experienced anything like this in a hotel, it felt like they was in the room with us. I feel like this hotel is outdated now, I know Phi Phi is a small island but everything is so dirty in this complex. We had breakfast booked for the morning aswell which we looked at and it looked awful. I am never one to complain if I have a bad stay anywhere but I feel like I needed to get my point across and hopefully make other people aware to AVOID Phi Phi Cliff Beach Resort."

"This was the best travel experience of my trip! Everything was seamless, from emailing to book restaurants and arrange airport pick-up, to the check-in process itself. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly warm and provided excellent service. They even offered a complimentary car ride to the hotel next door the following day, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was absolutely impeccable, with a beautiful wooden aesthetic. Given the natural environment, there tend to be more mosquitoes, but they thoughtfully provided mosquito repellent on the first day. As for the restaurants, I dined at The Arundina Restaurant for both meals. The staff there were so enthusiastic and even offered to take photos for me. One young lady with big eyes particularly stood out; I regret not getting her name. Dining while watching the sunset was simply divine! The hotel also offers many activities, most of which are free to join, including island-hopping tours. All in all, this was a perfect trip, and I'll definitely be back in Krabi next time. -Sonia"

If you like to sleep on hard wooden ‘bed’ and flat pillow thats is non existent, this is the place for you. There are much better quality rooms for cheaper price surrounding this hotel"

"The hotel environment is truly excellent. It's clean and tidy, and this time we stayed in a beachfront villa. The sea is right outside the door, and villa 107 faces the beach directly. There are swings and hammocks right outside, and people often relax and sunbathe under the big trees on the beach by the entrance. Snorkeling: There are corals near the hotel, and you can see many fish while snorkeling. Even if you're a bit timid, you can hold onto a buoy and slowly snorkel forward from there. Bring some bread to feed the fish, and you'll instantly be surrounded by them. Pools: The hotel has three pools. One is near the hotel lobby, and another is near the coral snorkeling spot, where you can get an infinity pool vibe. Most importantly, this pool has a pavilion, so if you go swimming with kids during lunchtime, you won't get sunburned, which is very comfortable. There's also a pool on the hilltop – you can ask the hotel car to take you up there to watch the sunset and enjoy cocktails. Be aware that there are many mosquitoes at night, so bring insect repellent. Restaurant: The breakfast selection is extensive, with noodles, congee, fried rice vermicelli, and fried flat noodles – there's always something good to eat. On Friday nights, there's live music, and the singer performs many Chinese songs like "Tian Mi Mi," "The Moon Represents My Heart," and "Really Love You," all sung beautifully. You can also go up and sing yourself. The à la carte dinner at the restaurant is very refined and delicious. They also offer baby meals."
