We were disappointed that the Yoga, Pilates or Sailing classes are always fully booked or happen once a week. we stayed 3 days in the hotel but all the classes weren't available. This is disappointing, as it was one of the reasons we booked.
Besides that, This is an amazing hotel, cleaness and staff.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All of the staff were polite and attentive. Our rooms were clean. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely going to stay at this hotel again.

Without question, the most wonderful hotel we have ever stayed at. With our own private villa and private pool overlooking the ocean and Hong Island, we were literally in paradise for our stay. Being welcomed with an incredible view at the hotel lobby, we were greeted by the warmest of staff who were so helpful. Not just with things at the hotel but organizing airport transfers, day trips and anything else we needed. Krabi was great but Banyan Tree, Krabi was sensational. The breakfast buffet has absolutely everything you could wish for, including a make-your-own Bloody Mary/Mimosa station! The Saffron restaurant was exquisite with exceptional cocktails of which I had never heard of and the spa is something out of this world. The hotel looks, feels and even smells amazing every corner you turn. Lighting around the beach bar and beachfront: stunning. Day tour on a private longboat: stunning. Banyan Tree, Krabi: stunning.
