Nice hotel located 5 minutes from the centre, clean and open 24/24, rooms well equipped with complimentary coffee and tea, small bathroom but well organized in space; electricity sockets next to the bed, kind staff; some problems with the curtains that let light enter and the bed duvet too short! breakfast excellent with a lot of choices from salted to sweet food.

Simply perfect structure. Located 5-6 minutes walk from the central square, it stands out for the excellence of its service, hospitality, cleanliness and breakfast. The environments are particularly welcoming, just as the staff is welcoming. Definitely spacious room, very clean (it is worth repeating), perfect toilets, excellent shower and all the details that made this short holiday particularly pleasant. In the immediate vicinity there is everything: from the grocery store to the café, as well as the many restaurants.

An excellent hotel ideally situated for sightseeing this wonderful city. A 15 minute walk from the main station in a quiet area of the city. Lovely staff who looked after us from check in to check out, everyone in the hotel is friendly and welcoming. We had a room on the 4th floor which was very spacious and clean. Everything you would expect in the room, kettle and tea/coffee facilities, a safe and a fridge. Room very clean and bathroom also very clean, room made up every day with fresh towels. We asked for extra pillows which arrived ten minutes later. Breakfast is very good with an excellent choice of food, continental choice as well as lots of fruit and yoghurt and cooked breakfast. We also had one evening meal during our stay which was very tasty and not too overpriced. Only a ten minute walk to the main square which is beautiful. Lots of lovely local places to eat, highly recommend the local food and definitely the cherry vodka!! Highly recommend the Auschwitz tour if you are here for a few days, it's a long day but absolutely worth it. We have had a brilliant time here in Krakow and this hotel is definitely one of the best ones we've stayed in, definitely recommend and definitely hope to return. Thank you for looking after us!

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel having booked it through a city centre holiday with Easyjet from the UK. It is in a great location for the city centre. Modern room. Very clean, with the room serviced daily. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

We stayed at the golden tulip hotel when we recently visited krakow, and I must say what a wonderful time we had. Located down a quiet side street, it did not seem to have much when we entered, the reception is very small for a hotel with 80 rooms however its not exactly a budget hotel but not the most expensive. The staff were all polite and friendly, and most spoke good english. The hotel has a small but comfortable bar, and similar to the restaurant, it is very clean. In fact, the hotel is spotless throughout .The rooms are a reasonable size with some storage space and a great shower. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk to the fabulous and charming old town where there is a market indoor, with outdoor stalls selling allsorts of things lots of shops and places to eat,a short walk brings you to the river where you can get a tour or simply walk along the river. Most visitors go to krakow to visit austwitz but there are lots of things to do in krakow. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. its location is superb, and it is great value for money, and we loved every minute of our stay.
