"We stayed here for 4 nights on a trip to Krakow. It is very convenient to a tram stop with access into the city and the old town. They have a private car park which is chargeable. The room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning. The front of the hotel has a number of tables and chairs which is nice for a pre dinner drink but it is very close to a very busy and noisy road. We were on the first floor directly above reception but the WiFi signal was poor - we kept losing the connection. Breakfast was very good."

"Firstly this hotel is falsely advertising! There is a dirty empty swimming pool that hasn't been used since last year by the looks of it. There is no spa, it's all shut up and loads of spare chairs stored in the side of it. This is definitely not a 5* hotel, when asking about a taxi, we were given a card. No offer to call for us, the staff on thre front desk look miserable and mostly uninterested in all aspects of their work. The whole place is very clean but very dated. We had breakfast here every morning for a week. The same every morning was on offer, the cheese edges were hard where it had been sat, the breakfast cake hard and stale. Coffee from the machine was lovely! The first room we were given was fine but the air conditioning was running with water, they moved us to another room, the air conditioning was blowing hot air out, maybe they might have checked it before our move? So we moved to another room, which was fine, this was over a course of 2 days being here. My friend who paid a lot of money moved rooms twice too as her toilet didn't flush. We felt so awful for her as she paid for us all to go away and feels embarrassed that the hotel is not as advertised and after spending so much money too. However ... if you like to eat breakfast quietly, you will love it as just the 3 of us had the breakfast room to ourselves every day , apart from 2 days when there was another couple sat there. The dining room is empty. I think anyone looking to book this hotel should know that all the amenities listed are false and you are being done out of money. Oh and the luxury complimentary toiletries , consist of 2 sachets of shower gel, hope you have a tiny body! 2 shower caps and a cotton pad and cotton bud in a seperate box and 2 small soaps. We will never come back to this hotel!"

"Nice hotel, clean, very good breakfast. A night without a good sleep On March 29, there was a quarrel in the next room 202 all night. As soon as I entered the room, my next door neighbor started. Originally, the two drunk people were happily chatting and singing in the room, but then a few more people came in and started shouting loudly, which lasted for about two hours before they left. midnight…… 1:15 someone came in At 4:50, a man came in, started taking a shower, and began talking. The strange thing is that I don’t get drunk. The room is not soundproofed and I can hear it very clearly."
