Clean friendly staff close enough to everything and big rooms comfy bed.

We stayed here for 4 nights, with the breakfast option and chose this hotel after doing lots of research and based on the reviews here. I honestly feel like we’ve stayed in a different place. Firstly, location is good, right by the Jewish quarter, which we loved, with its bohemian vibe, but still only a 10mins walk to main square. Staff were friendly and helpful. Now for the not so good. Beds consisted of two single beds pushed together, extremely uncomfortable, as were the pillows, with two single duvet covers to sleep under, totally inadequate. Asked for pillow protectors to be changed, when discovered as stained, these were replaced by yet more stained protectors. Reported a bulb that was flashing in the sitting area, discovered a bulb not working in the bedroom area too that ceased to work, neither were replaced during our stay. The towels on offer, when we arrived were threadbare. Breakfast on the first day was a real disappointment, not what was advertised, with very little choice. So much so, we didn’t bother with it on our second morning, it did improve vastly latterly, maybe because there were more guests staying? Overall, a disappointing experience for us. Loved Krakow, it is a beautiful city, with stunning architecture to see, but we wouldn’t return time this hotel.

Great location. Spacious room, very clean, comfortable bed and quiet. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with a good selection. Would recommend this hotel as a good base from which to explore Krakow. No negative comments to make a about this good value hotel

Nestled right in the heart of the Jewish quarter. Easy to get to the old town. Really nice hotel. Very clean not a stray hair in sight. Great shower (towels could do with being a bit bigger). Breakfast delicious so much to choose from. We had a comfort room, separate lounge area, bedroom & bathroom. On the 3rd floor facing another building. Nice and quiet. Oh and one of the best hotel beds I've ever slept in.

How this is not 5* I do not know. We are a well traveled family from England, I travelled with two children age 19 and 11years old I honestly think this hotel is amazing. The staff at front desk lovely, pleasant and very helpful. The cleaners are amazing and very hardworking. The room was huge and cleaned to the highest standards from top to bottom. Credit to the cleaners they did a fantastic job. The hotel is not far to walk to most places as we did or you can get bolt taxis quite cheap. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate in staying again if in Poland. Thank you so much for our perfect stay.

Great location, incredibly clean, large and spacious room. Perfectly located between the Jewish quarter and the old town with lots of amenities, cafes, restaurants and bars within close proximity. The bus to/from the airport is a short 10 minute walk along the street to the bridge. Staff were very good. My only criticism would be that the rooms were pretty cold and there was no mechanism to turn up the heat. I would however stay here again
