The linen very dirty and wifi not available at the room. TV channel also only two available ..pls improve your service to customer

The service is very poor and everything else is average. It needs improvement in many aspects.

The sheets are not very clean, the air conditioner is aging, it is too noisy to sleep, the bathroom door is not closed tightly, the most important thing is the poor WiFi signal, and the video cannot be watched. The waiter is very enthusiastic

The room is ok, only the door has a technical problem, better check before customer check-in.
