Found a great hotel in HRS, with friendly staff member and nice amenities. There were also complimentary refreshing drinks and mini snacks till 5pm for hotel guests! Just a 8 mins breeze walk to the nearby shopping mall Sungei Wang Plaza, where we had our hair washed + blown, and pedi spa nicely done! Hope to be back to KL and HRS soon 🎈

Good location - only 10 minutes walk to The Pavillion Mall. Literally only across the road to Alor Street.
Breakfast was nice.
Customer service was excellent.
Overall, a pleasant stay while in KL. Will be back.

Visited KL with my aunt for her birthday. Sent in a request for nice view room and or complimentary cake but no action from hotel, which was upsetting.
Room was located at 9th floor beside a building so no views at all.
Hotel filled with tour groups, and the wait for the lift is insanely long.
Security guard friendlier than front desk.
Otherwise, room was indeed cosy. Complimentary welcome snackbar was a nice touch

The hotel near Sungei Wang Plaza, it is very convenient. The car park is behind of the hotel and the parking rate is RM 5 per day. The room is clean and they provide snacks and coffee capsules. The room price included breakfast, but the main meal selections are not much. Quite disappointed. Overall the stay were OK. I will consider to stay again next time.

What an amazing experience! We got a free upgrade to a suite and everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel’s location is excellent and the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Overall, a five-star experience from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back again!

The hotel is perfectly located near Bukit Bintang. A short walk to Jalan Alor and shopping mall. Friendly staff and good service. Definitely choose this hotel again for next visit.

Prime Location, This is the hotel's biggest selling point. It's directly connected to the Bukit Bintang MRT station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. We walked everywhere – to the malls (Pavilion KL, Lot 10, Fahrenheit 88 are all 5-10 mins away), Jalan Alor food street, and countless cafes.

pleasant stay here for 4N and hotel extended our checkout time to 1pm upon request.
Executive room come with private lounge for bf and it is not crowded at all compare to level 2 restaurant but slightly lesser but more atas menu.
overall, we are satified for the service provided.
