I recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur and it was an incredible experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel's location is perfect - it's connected to the Petronas Twin Towers and has stunning views of the city. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to get out of it! The hotel's facilities are top-notch, too. The infinity pool on the 24th floor has breathtaking views of the city, and the fitness center is well-equipped. But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Overall, I would highly recommend the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in the heart of the city." 5/5 stars!

Big windows with unblocked views of the KLCC Park. The hotel room and overall service was flawless.

The guard at hotel not polite . The room was clean. The staffs at breakfast restaurant ask me twice . "Are you stay here?" The process refund deposit very slow until now my card card still pending and not refund.

It was a pleasant stay. Could have been better especially interms of the cleanliness.

It was not good my view must be on twins towers but give me room in corner like in picture, also there are water fall from the opening light not save and make bad smell , the breakfast there are not helpfully

It was such a pleasure staying at this hotel with my daughter we came here for the BETT Asia award conference and exhibition. firstly I’d recommend all companies to host conferences and their events at this hotel and families to come here for an amazing five star experience definitely worth it!!! We even had the best babysitter her name is Rose. She is so caring and gentle

Twin bed is shorter than normal / other hotels. Large spacious room. Slightly noisy as the sound of plumbing from next room is audible. Bathroom and toilet are not fully enclosed, expect noise from bathroom. Very good location, next to KLCC. Great service, though house keeping is late if not requested through the button in room. Large breakfast selection, local food / cafe outside could be more interesting.

MO situated right next to the famous Twin Tower , it is very convenient the reach KLCC mall by just cross the street . The check in service is very effecient and the staffx from the door are very polite and friendly .

Everything was as expected! We made use of all the amenities like gym, pool, and tennis courts. Decor for Chinese New Year was tasteful.

The room is clean and spacious. Hotel is well located which is just next to the mall. The breakfast included in room rate has a good variety. Highly recommended.

Holding the level at height. Room, personnel, exterior, interior, location. All was great. Just when you enter you already feel the vibe of pleasant surrounding and luxury. Only concern was about the overcrowd for the breakfasts, but I assume such might happened curing conference season. Nevertheless pity that we could not stay longer.
