Old run down hotel, but tue sheets were clean enough and the room didn't smell bad. Location not great, but close enough to metro.

Advantages: The price is okay, and the reception attitude at the front desk is very good. The hot water in the shower is smooth and the pressure and temperature can be adjusted. The location is very good, very close to the subway station and shopping mall, just around the corner.
Disadvantages: There are a lot of mosquitoes in the house, and I have to do seven or eight mosquito bites a day before I can sleep. Construction is going on at the construction site outside the window, so I can't sleep during the day. Since the windows are single-layered, the sound of motorcycle gangs racing on the street in the middle of the night can continue until 6 a.m., and then the punctual chanting of prayers from a nearby mosque can be heard. Didn't sleep at all the first night. One of the pillow cores was not very clean and stains could be seen. It was thrown on the floor and I didn't dare to sleep on it. There is no hot water kettle, which is not convenient. That's roughly it.
