Had a wonderful 4 nights at Capri By Fraser. Got a room upgrade for my wedding anniversary. Staff was very accommodating and would love return for a stay again.

Superb hotel, good location. Overall happy with our stay. Would come again with our daughter for our next trip.

The room is clean and with nice city view. There is a small Pantry with Microwave and Wash Basin in the room which I found quite useful. Location of hotel is good as is near many shopping Malls. Just a short walk (less than 10 mins) from Times Square KL where the Coach alighted us. It will be much better if the room is of bigger size. The front desk service (on Level 1) is good. The staffs there are good and willing to help.

The hotel is clean and the location is superb👏🏿 walkibg distance to pavilion. Most importantly, it is pet friendly, although pet only can stay in the room. Anyway, my dog is so enjoy at the hotel.

Walking distance to the Pavilion shopping mall and berjaya times Square. Hotel staffs are friendly. Will visit again!

Everything is ok, seems like newly renovated. One bedroom premier is not in trip.com. end up only got the one bedroom normal rate which don't include the pow pow privilege. High floor swimming with laundry area and game room os a plus point

The location is quite convenient, only 5-8 mins to the big malls. The room was spacious and clean, but not luxurious. Good for business travel and value for money. The service is so so . The lounge was nice

Great facilities and superb location between TRX and pavilion bukit bintang

It’s quite a distance from MRT (5 mins walk?) but that isn’t an issue for me cos I love to walk. So if you’re not the type who like to walk, do take note of this. Other than that, location is good as it’s near Pavillion mall, TRX, lot10 and many others located in Bukit Bintang. As for the hotel, I’m surprised that I could check in earlier when I was there slightly before 2pm so that’s great! They even upgraded my room, lucky me. It’s really spacious and clean. The view is alright. The kitchen has all you need like plates, utensils, cooking stuff and all. The bath tub is huge too. I can’t wait to be back!

Very strategic location, about 5 mins walk to TRX or Pavilion. The conceirge is very friendly and able to provide support on parking, umbrella during rain, etc.

Got a free upgrade although waited very long for check in. Walkable to pavilion and trx. Overall it was a very good stay
