This hotel is conveniently located in Bukit Bintang with lots of shopping and eatery. I stayed in a room on 19th floor with the view of KL Tower.

We love everything about Park Royal! The staff are so attentive and helpful. The location is so convenient, being right smack in the central area of KL (right beside Lot 10)! The rooms are so new, spacious and clean! We love how the hotel smells too! If you booked rooms under the Collection Club, you will also be entitled to the Collection Club benefits! They even celebrated our birthday! Truly enjoyed our stay with Park Royal and we are definitely coming back again.

Location is good, hotel is wonderful  Request for birthday celebration for my partner and surprise they did a good job for us!  Definitely will choose here again in future

Good location. 7 mins walk to Bukit Bintang Pavilion as well as rapid KL LRT and MRT. However... traffic to hotel was abit an issue during peak hours. Had a pleasant stay apart from 1. room fridge broke down but front desk was quick to send engineer to replace it. 2. The air con temperature was abit hot on 1st night. Toilet has no space to put my toiletries. Loved the water filter inside the toilet. Best feature in the room.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. I checked in together with a friend who is a member of their rewards program. I asked if we could have rooms on the same floor, but the staff at the front desk said no, explaining that my friend’s membership tier was higher—so we were given rooms on the 4th and 10th floors respectively. I accepted the reasoning and didn’t press further. I had also requested a late check-out, which was denied for me but granted to my friend until 4pm. Again, I understood that it was a perk of membership, so I was fine with that too. However, when I got to my room, I realized I had been given a queen bed instead of the king I had specifically booked. This was frustrating, especially because I sleep with my child and space is important. What made it worse was that the staff member didn’t mention this change at all during check-in. When I brought it up with another staff member later, even he was surprised and said I should’ve been informed if there was a change to my booking. To add to the confusion, when I returned later that day to ask for a late check-out again, a different staff member granted it to me until 2pm without any issue. It really made me wonder what the problem was with the first staff member I dealt with. As for the hotel itself—it was average. Nothing particularly stood out, but it wasn’t bad either. The location was not too bad, fairly convenient for getting around. Overall, the stay was okay, but the inconsistency in service and lack of communication during check-in left a sour impression.

Good location, easy amd walking distmace to the malls, monorail just 2 mins away, serve fabolois breakfast and helpful staff. Worth the balie

The location was good. Beside lot 10 shopping mall and a 350m walk to berjaya times square. Also, a 10 min walk to bukit bintang if you're looking for a massage. Overall, it was a decent stay at this hotel. It was also quite spacious, and grab was always readily available.

Amazing Hotel experience. Worth the price. One of the most comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of choices.

Booked adjoining Club Rooms (2) from 31 March to 2 April. .We had a 3D/2N trip with my parents and daughter to enjoy KL as tourist during the Raya holidays. As we drove there, please note parking is RM2.20 per entry for guest, which need to be validated. Since we booked club room, there is a special check in at the lounge floor. (where the swimming pool /gym/spa is). Room was clean. Only the door between adjoining rooms is dusty (for improvement).We choose to have breakfast at the Thyme restaurant at LG instead of the club lounge. Breakfast was quite good with some hit and miss on the taste. The teh tarik at the breakfast was indeed a good welcome for us. (if only the temperature can be maintain hot from the dispenser). We went to the club lounge for the evening cocktails and find the varieties of food/ snacks a bit lacking compared to other 5 star surroundings hotel ie Pavilion Hotel. Would be great if noodles/rice or even the festive season delicacies to be offered such as kuih Raya delicacies ie. Roti Jala etc. The service from the club lounge staff was good and they are eager to please although there are several occasions of promising Teh tarik to my parents was a letdown as they could not fulfill it, both days when we were there. We had initially booked and paid for buffet for Raya on 1st April but the theme of buffet was suddenly cancelled with last day on 29 March. However Mr Syaffiq and his team from F&B team had graciously offered an alternative arrangement/ win win solution. The seafood was indeed fresh on Fisherman's Table buffet although it was lacking on varieties. However, it was compensated with various style of cooking ie Indian, Chinese(steamed), Western(deep fried) and Malay (Asam Pedas). We tried 3 of it and it was delish especially the Chinese and Malay style. The lamb grilled and lamb flap with BBQ sauce was also nice(we choose the one with less fat and grilled). Thank you and hope to get a good deal next time. We have indeed had enjoyable time in KL.

The food and service from all the staff were amazing, they were all so friendly and kind even when we requested many things. However, the room is dusty, was missing items (iron, weighing machine), clogged drain, and faulty hair dryer. (Did not take photos because I forgot I could review) The breakfast and room service was excellent tho, I loved the food.

Worth to stay, super convenient for shopping and dining by walking to arrive, this is my second time here!

Room was compact but very comfortable and clean. Bed super comfy and quiet for a good nights sleep. Great location in heart of the city. Would definitely stay again!

Location is perfect. It’s walking distance to Monorail and MRT Bukit Bintang, Bukit Bintang area. Room is very modern, not big but very cozy. Service is excellent. The bed is very comfortable. Appreciate for the anniversary surprise from the hotel team. Breakfast is nice and very wide variety. Will stay here again next time when we visit KL. Please keep up the good work to the hotel team.

Amazing Amazing and Amazing... Its like central hub to go anywhere around . Great location. Great hotel .. ... I will be back again next week . Ps: Photo view: from my room
