Booked this hotel because of the free shuttle to kunming south railway station. But i was conned by the reception. I told him i wanted a free shuttle the next morning verbally and also via wechat as a reminder. He gave me the contact of the mini van for the next day but unfortunately it was a scammed. The next morning i was denied entry by the driver because apparently this hotel reception did not register me as a passenger. So everything was a lie and empty promise. This happened to few customers too as i scrolled down to read older comments. So please beware and if your intention is to get a free shuttle, you will only get disappointed and end up paying 18yuan to get a private taxi. So please book elsewhere.

It is said on the order that pick-up and drop-off will be provided, but actually only one pick-up and drop-off will be provided. If you want to provide both, you will have to pay!
