The hotel is connected to Hang Lung Plaza, making it super convenient for dining, shopping, and getting around. Emily contacted us a day in advance to arrange our room, so we could check in early. She even upgraded our room and stayed in touch to offer assistance whenever needed, which was incredibly thoughtful. "Our group of eight traveled around Yunnan for 12 days, and Citymark Hotel (Kunming Changshui Airport) was by far everyone's favorite. The service was exceptional; as soon as we walked in, the front desk greeted us with warm smiles, making us feel right at home. The rooms were incredibly clean and featured smart services. All the slippers and towels were sterilized and sealed, and the sheets and duvet covers were impeccably clean, even better than at home. They also offered free shuttle service, and the breakfast spread was varied, nutritious, and delicious. It was a stark contrast to the cold attitude we experienced from staff at other hotels earlier in our trip. Everyone agreed that on our next visit to Kunming, Yunnan, we'll definitely stay at Citymark Hotel again and recommend it to our friends and family."

"The smart room features and therapeutic aromatherapy theme far exceeded my expectations for this stay. The room came with a zero-pressure mattress, sleep-inducing aromatherapy, and skin-beautifying bath amenities. They really paid attention to the details—self-heating eye masks, face masks, and bath bombs were all provided. For breakfast, they offered Yunnan specialties like Crossing-the-Bridge Noodles and Steamed Chicken with Herbs. Plus, there was free late-night supper and afternoon tea. The butler service was very responsive and accommodating. The location next to Wanda Plaza is super convenient for dining and shopping, and it's not far from Kunming Railway Station. Excellent value for money; I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Kunming."

"The hotel is newly renovated and quite stylish. The breakfast, though a bit salty, was of good quality. It's very close to the park, which made exploring super convenient. The evening meditation was a unique touch. The housekeeping staff even helped clean my luggage, which was a nice gesture! Contacting the butler via WeChat was very handy. The only downside was the noisy big trucks outside my window late at night."

"This is my second time staying at this hotel, and for just over 200, it's really great value for money! The hotel is super close to MixC, just a two or three-minute walk away, so it's incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. Whenever I have a layover in Kunming, I always make sure to stay here, haha! (A little suggestion: there are a lot of flashing lights in the room, wondering if there's a way to improve that?)"

When I arrived, the front desk staff proactively helped with my luggage and even thoughtfully suggested local dining spots. The room had great natural light, and the soft bedding quickly melted away my travel fatigue. The bathroom had fast hot water and stable pressure. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and all the hot dishes were kept at the perfect temperature. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip to this area."

"The room is very clean, with disposable toilet mats, Adolf shower and high-speed hair dryer. The mattress is also moderately soft and hard, and most importantly, there is an air conditioner that can heat normally. The entire facility is of high quality and very comfortable to stay. If you want to go to South Station, Dounan Flower Market, and Wetland Park specifically, it is very convenient to stay here, and the environment is very quiet. There are refrigerators and microwaves at the front desk, and the boss is very cooperative if you need to tell him anything. There are many breakfast shops across the street downstairs, and I look forward to trying rice noodles from different shops every day. I will choose this one next time I come back~"
