The marketing images are seriously inconsistent with the actual rooms, demonstrating customer deception. The front desk staff was extremely unprofessional, randomly booking rooms, not according to reservations, and being impolite. It felt like guests were staying for free. The most frightening thing was that after 5:00 PM, someone knocked on the door and tried to swipe their card to get in. They only left after we scolded them several times. It was quite terrifying. The cleanliness was not very good, the service staff were inattentive, the room was not very good, smelled strongly, and it faced the street, making it noisy. I've already experienced this, so avoid it. This is my real experience.

Good value for money, using disposable towels. The only downside is that the toilet button is broken, and I suggest improving the facilities.

Breakfast and dinner are provided, which is quite convenient. The room is large, but the decor and facilities are a bit dated. Although they offer free laundry service, it wasn't very clean. They mixed dark and light colors together, staining my light-colored clothes. I tried to save time, but ended up having to wash them multiple times. Having this service is worse than not having it.

The superior twin room we stayed in was quite large, and the cleaning staff were also enthusiastic in helping with laundry and shoes. However, there were loose threads in the room, and the central air-conditioning controller's external wiring was exposed, which was unsightly. The breakfast was average, and parking was at the hotel entrance. I had to struggle to find a parking space when I came back late. The coffee machine in the lobby was also something I could only look at, but couldn't use anyway. The manager, in particular, had a bad tone of voice and a poor attitude. When she spoke to the employees in the morning, she herself had a bad attitude, so how could she lead a team? The service attitude of another female front desk staff with short hair was also not good. When I asked where the boiled water was in the lobby, she replied that it was everywhere without even looking up. The security guard even enthusiastically offered to help boil water. Therefore, the hotel's management level is poor, average. The core reason is that the manager does not have a warm service awareness, or it may be that someone with connections brought it up. The Wi-Fi speed in the entire hotel is very slow and unusable. I suggest you choose with caution.

The check-in experience was very good. There was a coffee machine, tea, and boiled water in the lobby. Free laundry and shoe brushing services were provided. There was also a buffet dinner and breakfast. The room was separated into wet and dry areas. Disposable bath towels and face towels were also provided. The service of the front desk lady was very enthusiastic.
