Facilities: The facilities are kept very new, and the All Seasons is modern. Sanitation: Very clean, especially the details are well done. The shower water comes out very quickly. I like the shower gel and shampoo very much. The smell is also very good. Environment: The environment is elegant and the room is spacious. I booked a king-size bed and was upgraded to a premium king-size bed for free. This room is relatively large and the windows are also large. The lobby of this All Seasons is also large, which is relatively large compared to other All Seasons. Service: This is what I want to praise the most. The beauties at the front desk are more enthusiastic than each other. Whenever I see them, they will take the initiative to say hello. The service speed is very fast. She gave me a room for the day before 7:30, even though it was supposed to be for the entire day, and she let me check in until the next day! 👍👍👍 The hotel parking lot was huge, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would definitely book again next time I come."

"The Kuqa Smart Business Hotel has a very friendly staff. They don’t speak English, but they are very friendly and accommodating. We booked two different styles of room and they made sure that the room was perfect before we moved. The location is a little far from the city attractions, but with our own car it was no more than 30 minutes driving to the Old Town. There are a number of restaurants and small stores nearby for most needs. If you drive an EV, the closest charging station has the lowest rates I have ever seen in China!"

The hotel's buffet restaurant is also spacious, and the breakfast is outstanding for a hotel in this price range! The hotel comes with smart home features throughout, powered by 'Xiaodu' (a smart assistant). It also has its own free parking lot and a private backyard! The commercial area downstairs is also very convenient, with some good Xinjiang specialty restaurants. I just forgot to take photos! 😘"
