"I rarely write reviews, but this time I'll leave some negative comments: 1. The room key card didn't have a room number on it, and they didn't even verbally inform me. I only noticed the missing room number when I arrived at the floor. It was the 15th floor! The elevator was incredibly slow. I called the front desk, and it took ages to get the room number. 2. At 11:30 PM, they inexplicably delivered clothes hangers. I knocked on the door repeatedly, only to find out they'd delivered to the wrong room. Frustrating! My child and I were asleep. 3. Ten minutes later, they knocked again. This time, it was water (I'd ordered it from the front desk two hours earlier, but it never came, only arriving in the middle of the night. Couldn't they have delivered the clothes hangers too?). Frustrated and wanting to complain... 4. I contacted customer service, and they said the hotel would contact me at 9 AM the next day. But no one responded the next day. Considering national unity, I quietly left... 5. The hotel shower drain also had a problem, and no one repaired it..."

"Hotel is nice enough and corresponds to the posted description, with one important exception: the pool is really for decoration only and rather dirty most of the time. Accordingly, in four days we never saw anybody in it, not even kids. As regards service: We had asked for a room far from the entrance. They gave us the one closest, saying all others were occupied. The room stank of cigarette smoke, even the curtains were stained. So back to reception: suddenly another room (same type) was available…??? There were more examples of a disgraceful service attitude. Sad. Do the owners/investors know?"

"This business trip was a very satisfying stay experience. I must seriously give a good review. This All Seasons in Kuche is really the ceiling of Kuche hotels. Facilities: The facilities are kept very new, and the All Seasons is modern. Sanitation: Very clean, especially the details are well done. The shower water comes out very quickly. I like the shower gel and shampoo very much. The smell is also very good. Environment: The environment is elegant and the room is spacious. I booked a king-size bed and was upgraded to a premium king-size bed for free. This room is relatively large and the windows are also large. The lobby of this All Seasons is also large, which is relatively large compared to other All Seasons. Service: This is what I want to praise the most. The beauties at the front desk are more enthusiastic than each other. Whenever I see them, they will take the initiative to say hello. The service speed is very fast. Whatever you want is delivered quickly. Sitting in the lobby with tea, the service is very humane. I will choose their hotel next time."

"The hotel's location is great, and there's convenient parking available. The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful. Plus, there are plenty of dining options and takeout nearby. Initially, we were given a room with a projector TV, but since we don't watch movies and wanted to watch local channels, we had a hard time getting it to work. They promptly switched us to a room with a regular TV, and then everything was perfect! It was only a few yuan to take a taxi to the Kuche Royal Palace, and we were absolutely captivated by the beautiful doors and windows of Kuche."

"I stayed there years ago, and wanting to relive a memory, I chose the Kuqa Hotel again. It used to be a government reception hotel; the rooms were decent, the furniture and facilities a bit old, but very clean. The bathroom floor felt hollow, and it swayed when you walked on it. However, I was disappointed by the restaurant. Upon entering the dining hall, there were two beds on either side, clearly staff accommodations. The bedding was blackened, and staff clothing was also found there. Even worse, near the exit of the cold dish preparation area, there was a pile of staff clothing and a pair of shoes. This is absolutely unacceptable for food safety and directly impacts the dining experience for guests. The hotel industry is now highly competitive; whether a restaurant is in-house or outsourced, a standardized management system is essential for long-term success and to keep pace with industry standards. I hope things improve."

Most of the accommodation in Building 2 is for tourist groups. It is recommended for individuals to book Building 1. It is quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is okay and the service is average."

I didn’t sleep well one night, so I decided to change hotels the next day."
