Absolutely beautifull but otherwise the worst experience ever. Normale we do write reviews but in this case we would like to inform other travellers. Most, not all of the Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. My wife was urged , although sick in bed, to make both rooms vacant after two nights (while fam. On snorkelling trip) during 5 nights stay. Unannounced and no asking politely but ordering to pack for five within the hour. Electricity issue in one of the rooms was sorted only by turning AC off, after reporting various times it was still not working with AC set below 26deg, we were promised it to be solved, but no one ever showed. So we had to find solution in leaving AC at 26 with minimum fan. At breakfast, every day shortage of coffee/ tea cups. Asking staff for cups, they tell you yes and disappear. Towels in room where removed but not replaced, took 2 walks to the reception to finally have some showering towels Asked for the manager but he ignored us. The place is as beautiful as in the pictures, no doubt, but is just very poorly managed.

Was really good and great service and very quiet and respectful to everyone. But … suddenly the big family came to celebrate maybe around 20 people and was feeling like we were in someone’s party who rented all hotel . Probably they were family of the owner or manager but it was very disrespectful to other visitors 😡 they were very loud and annoying ( not kids ) and they ate on the swimming pool just in the water . The party was till 1 am and it was terrible … unfortunately the end of vacation was not peaceful and relaxing

Wonderful boutique hotel. Beautiful beach, very tasty food and smiling hotel staff. On-site gym (it's a bit old, but it's there) and two swimming pools. Large selection of drinks and a la carte dinner. Open buffet breakfasts and dinners. Rooms cleaned daily. In the evenings, just before dinner, an interesting tradition of getting to know each other with local juices and alcohol.

This is our best place to stay in Zanzibar so far.We rented a car and stayed in 7 hotels around the island and we fell in love with this cute and well run hotel,especially when know how hard is run all the logistics here in Tanzania. But managers and all the smilling staff did our stay unforgettable. Hotel itself is not as big as resorts in other countries,but has a family atmosphere and personal touch.Rooms are so cute as well as gardens and reception area.Food is very good,especially a pa carte menu food ,which is included in all inclusive option,as well if you are not on all inclusive,a la carte prices are more than reasonable. Try dhow boat cruise which is another original plus and walk on the beach when low tide,where there you will find beautiful small banks. So,the conclusion is that for sure we are going to stay in this hotel next time when we come back to this beatiful island,can’t forget the quality of the service and entertainment personal,cute rooms and property.

Bait and switched hotels on our group. More to come after our stay… Mojitos are good. The veggie spring roles get two thumbs up. Definitely try them if you come here. Heading to the pool with a view of the water and a light breeze blowing. Sun and swim here I come.

Nest Style gets it right when it comes to providing nice accommodations, friendly service, really good food and drink. I have stayed in more luxurious places and on the opposite end much less expensive lodging. What we appreciated with Nest Stle is it did what it does well without being pretentious, at a price point that makes one feel they got a bargain. It checks all the boxes (that really matter) Friendly service- ✔ Accommodating to guests needs- check Good food and drink - ✔ Wifi consistency - check (a few outages but very few) Simple but tasteful decor - ✔ Attentive staff but not over bearing for tips and or trying to up-selling stuff- ✔ All in all a great place for the price paid. Some things to improve on but merely personal preferences. - Morning Coffee. With Tanzania and Kenya coffee producers. Their coffee should highlight this and coffee should be from the region and bean to cup. - the fitness center really needs a re-do. - if all inclusive, refill the mini fridge daily. Having said this, the food and drink was very plentiful and easy to get at the bar / restaurant just a few feet away from my door. Bottom Line. Highly recommend the hotel, think new management is trying to improve on a good hotel and concept. It takes about 1.5hrs to get from the airport to the hotel by taxi and plan on paying $100 round trip. Also did not realize until we arrived that Visa cost depends on Nationality. Germans pay around 50 euros for single entry. US pays $100 per person multi entry.

When first arriving here we were very warm welcomed by friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, there are two pools and the hotel is at the beach. The sea front is very shallow and one must take care not to step on sea urchins. The staff makes the difference at this place, they are very helpful and taking care of all our requests, also requests out of the ordinary. We liked the Bar-B-Q every evening with changing dishes. Good stuff all!

First stay here was planned and after 3 nights and some air-conditioning problems ( fixed ), we can fly back home…. Plane was overvooked and we return back for one week more stay in Nest Style…. Second stay was unplanned, but the location and character of the resort is so nice, that we come back…. Everything was ok, staff very helpful and weather also perfect. Sea on this location comes back to the beach every 6 hours, so you have much more time to explore all the lagoons and places - normal time underwater…. Super !
