I booked 4 nights , and left after just 1 night. Dirty, cockroaches in room. Unsafe area and far from all tourist area, need taxi or uber. Safe not worlling in room, ona tiny lock in nain door (scary). Front desk rude young man with zero customer svce skills nor training in hospitality. This is a MOTeL for xouples, or a one night stay before or after a flight and if youvhave a car

Hello, only one person serves at reception and in the restaurant. They did not clean the room during the 3 days I stayed, they did not change towels. The location is central.

I had a very pleasant stay. Amazingly friendly staff and management. Food was really nice and affordable. Even though it was my first time here you can definitely tell that they are going forward and improving. I prioritize good people and friendliness over small details that can be overlooked. Thanks for having me guys keep up the good work

I went there once like in 2015 and was OK then. This saturday February 5th I booked for an overnight and I regret having booked there. At first it looked fine, because it had been recently refurbished. It rained overnight and the windows leaked, so next moring I woke up to a flooded floor. The bathroom was refurbished but with poor instalations, the hand shower leaked and the shower cabin leaked to the bathroom floor. Breakfast was horrible, everithing was cold and stale (cold mashed potatoes, cold coffe, cold fried eggs and cold dominican salami). I complained but got no reply. That place sure is on my NO GO LIST.
