You need a real: broom, mop, bucket, vacuum. You cant use bug bombs, you need to hire a monthly prst control professional.
The walls are dirty and hair dryer cords.
117 has bed bugs and dust mites.
116 has cosmetic issues and needs a fresh clean.
Your motel doesn’t have to be the fanciest, but as long as it’s really clean, you’ll make good money.
Get ice machine
Wash the plastic office chairs outside with a water hose.
Or you can turn the business into a senior apartment building.. more money from seniors that get guaranteed government assistance.

The room has bed bugs and chairs I woke up at two in the morning and I had to change rooms I have to disinfect all my stuff and now I’m worried that I’m carrying bedbugs I’ve never experienced that before, and I didn’t know what it was I got bites all over my leg

For a budget motel stay, Hyland Motel was perfectly fine. The room was clean, no bugs or smell of smoke, and the area didn't feel unsafe. However, the bed does share a thin wall with the room next door's TV wall, and our neighbor had the TV on all night, which was very noisy in our room. Also, the bedding does not provide covers – just a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and thin coverlet that only serves an aesthetic purpose. We turned the heat up in the room and were ultimately fine, but guests should be prepared to sleep with no real warmth to speak of. Overall, it was a fine stay, though.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room could have used a dusting and there were spots on the mirror. The microwave could have used a cleaning and the fridge couldn't get cold enough, despite changing the setting.
