Reef on the Water

Horrible, towels,sheets and blankets duties! The shower head was loose maitanance needed. The view was great no question! But, they need some direction how to run a hotels,don’t get me wrong the people was very kind. The guys front the bar were awesome, the lady that service me breakfast was great.

Over all my stay was satisfactory, I usually don’t spend too much time on the rooms on my business trip,but, I do like to came back on a clean made out room, unfortunately this did not happen here, I had to request clean sheets and blankets to be change on day one at soon I walk in I notice sheets and towels duties. The shower head need repair.

I highly recommend this stay,is a small hotel that why's quiet, most of the rooms has ocean view, all the staff are friendly

Everything is top rated, except that you must have a 4x4 to get there… the little dirt/rocky road that gets you there from the main highway is quite a challenge… but, other than that, I LOVED THAT PLACE!!!!

The food was just ok. The help outside by the pool was not good. Didn't get the food we ordered. What we ordered from the menu is not what we got. The room could use some work. needs some places to set things up off the floor

Spectacular views. I didn't like how late they serve breakfast. The access from the main road is horrible.

Our stay was amazing , the view from our room was the best. Kenia fron the service desk ,the security Ismael made sure we were good at all times. The waitress and waiters were very nice .

The property is located on the reef with wonderful views of the water. The on-site dining is convenient and the food was good. The staff is friendly, professional and courteous

Do not stay here! Hard to get here. Service is horrible. Stole my money. Towels were dirty. Location is very difficult to get to, the map directions brings you to an alley with very large holes that is impossible to drive through. The proper road is still quite rough. Receptionist was super rude. Showed us the room we booked then we found out the lock was faulty. They tried to fix it, and it worked a couple times til the maintenance guy broke it fully. He said to stay in a different room cause he couldn't fix it but they had no other rooms for us. The receptionist then disappeared as she didn't want to help us but the security guard, Esaul, tried to help us. He was the only nice person there. It wasn't even his job and he tried to be helpful to try to contact someone to help us but In the end we had to leave to find a place to sleep as it was already 10pm and places were closing. We were not provided a suitable room we could stay in so we requested a refund but the hotel wouldn't provide it and said we had to contact *******. The guard said there may be an empty room and showed us a room with a bunk bed and we did not agree to that room as it was smaller, had no windows, and cheaper than what we reserved. He said we wouldn't even get the difference of value back. We sent ******* and the hotel a message right away and the hotel would not return our money. The cops were called the next day and told us we were in the right and to take it to court. So much trouble just because of
