5 of us booked 2 rooms for 9 nights on All inclusive basis with Tui. Resort consists of 3 hotels 1, 2 and 3 plus several separate apartment blocks and is rated 4 star We arrived 10.30pm after over 9 hour flight delay and were dropped off at hotel 3. Very dated tired reception area, given small warm bottle of water an apple and a banana and told no food but snacks in the bar, a bowl of crushed crisps that everyone had handed and plain wafer biscuits. Rooms very worn and dated, one of the beds broke when sat on, this was replaced and the broken one thrown under one of the other beds. Balcony door opened inwards, had to move all beds to be able to get out. These rooms bore no resemblance in size or condition to the pictures on the Tui website. The bar area dirty and tired. As soon as bar closed everywhere plunged into darkness. Went to Tui rep next morning to ask to be moved, said nothing she could do up to the hotel. Eventually after a morning wasted we were told we could move to an apartment, on first glance seemed better than the rooms. Given a paper to sign all in Spanish, asked what it said and told just to exchange rooms. Took photo got it translated, what it actually said is that we will make no complaints or claim against the hotel. Apartment, 1 tired bathroom to serve 5 adults, dirty cracked tiles on walls and floors, graffiti etched into bedroom door, black mould on walls in bedrooms, lounge area and terrace. After a couple of days we noticed our clothing was damp in the wardrobe, water ingress from the bathroom, had to live out of suitcases all week. No kettle or coffee machine and oven broken. Broken drawers in bedroom. Apartment same as rooms more like 2 star We learned during our stay that hotel 3 was to close for full refurbishment the following week. This hotel could be amazing as it's in a lovely place right next to a beautiful beach and few nice shops, bars and restaurants. Would never return to Estival Park we thought we'd booked a 4 star hotel, not 2
