Spacious room. Very close to train station. Hostess was absolutely marvellous, she suggested I visit Portovenere and it turned out to be a nice trip.

The rooms are on the 0th floor by European standards, so the floor is very cold. The view from the window is onto the inner courtyard-well with a garbage dump - you can't even see what the weather is like outside. Due to the lack of sun and air, the room is very humid, things don't dry at all, due to the cold in the bathroom, moisture condenses right on the walls and there is a layer of water on the floor and walls all over the room. There is a window in the bathroom, but for several days it was never dry there. The heaters didn't work and in September at +22 outside it was cold. I chose it based on good reviews about the owners, but we didn't see them at all for 3 days. The location is good, 10 minutes to the train station, but next time I will definitely look for something else.

We stayed one night...small but very comfortable room, clean and absolutely quiet...then Mrs. Giovanna, the owner, was absolutely very kind and friendly, she gave us advice on what to visit in the little time we had...then the location was really strategic...to reach the 5 terre, a few minutes walk from the train station, equally close to the center... I recommend booking the car park... which is located right in front of the building... so all I have to do is congratulate and thank you for welcoming us on this short stay …we will definitely come back to visit you..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!

Il nostro soggiorno è durato una sola notte: abbiamo trovato disponibilità, un ambiente pulito e vicinanza dalla stazione. Erano presenti le cialde per il caffè e cioccolata/marmellata da spalmare.Purtroppo mancava l'acqua calda, necessaria per fare una doccia dato che siamo partiti presto. In camera è presente un frigo vuoto ma che abbiamo dovuto spegnere a causa del rumore, anche l'aria condizionata era rumorosa come la ventola del bagno.
