Let's start with the positive notes: Location and friendliness of the girl who welcomed us. Negative notes: Rude and rude the owner, who called twice, one of which to inform her of our possible delay, responded rudely by telling us to write on the booking app where we had booked and politely hung up the phone in our faces. Room with perceived temperature of 10°C, heating off and windows open (it is January). We then discover that the heating is not working, there is a convector heater that is not working but there is a heater supplied which took 4 hours to reach an acceptable temperature. Broken roller shutter with light coming in early in the morning, and lack of privacy. Bathroom plaster peeling, "movable" toilet seat, mirror light not working. Dilapidated building and terrible smell on the stairs

Avevamo prenotato due camere (famiglia di due adulti e due ragazzi di 14 e 16 anni), con l'espressa necessità di avere camere adiacenti/comunicanti. All'arrivo la sorpresa di due sistemazioni in due strutture diverse! Dopo mia insistenza, la signora al check alla fine mi ha trovato una sistemazione in altra struttura (Lia Rooms 3) con due camere e un bagno in comune. La struttura era in una zona non certo bellissima...Comunque ci siamo adattati.... La prenotazione prevedeva il pagamento in struttura, invece è stato preso l'importo dalla carta già qualche giorno prima. Per "risarcimento" del disagio mi è stato fatto uno "sconto" di 20 euro (tassa di soggiorno) Sconsigliatissimo!
