We have a good time in the hotel. The breakfast is awesome and the staff is friendly.

It was ok. But the check-in & check-out staff needs training on how to greet people and then to accept if someone tells them something isn't working.

Checked into the room after a long day of travel to get a call from the front desk at 9:45 pm for me to come to the front desk because the computer went down. I asked to take care of it in the morning but was told this had to be done immediately. Got dressed went to the front desk and was told to WRITE my credit card number and information on a piece of paper! This is a complete breech of security. But we also didn’t want to be kicked to the street. NOT HAPPY ABOUT ANY OF THIS!
