The staff was friendly and very helpful . i was there for a family death. They went above and beyond to help get me a handicapped room as i was in s wheelchair and no acesdable rooms were available. were available

The room was not clean and the staff seemed nice but everything fine but I prefer a clean safe area and the area around the hotel was very unsafe!

The front desk check in and out were very nice. We sched the room through ******* and there was a problem with the hotel charging us initially- it took a few days but eventually it was straightened out. We would definitely stay again.

Let me just say this hotel is overpriced and in poor condition - the lamps and refrigerator and microwaves all are rusted on the inside .
Sheets are not clean and are stained . It’s time for an upgrade so please stop overcharging for this property .

We booked online through Travelocity. When we arrived, they were understaffed and we had to wait an hour to even get checked in. Then were charged $200 over the actual booking fee, when we tried to get it taken care of they refused and said we would have to contact our bank. The staff was extremely unhelpful and rude.

Check in experience was good even very late at night. Clerk was polite and helpful. Rooms were clean except for some mold issues in the bathroom but this is Florida after all.

My stay was as well as to be expected. Ms. Jade(fornt end staff) is professional, patient and courteous. I did not get to explore the facility (pool, breakfast and or night bar, etc...) due to my availablity to to do so.
Side note: The breakfast bar seemed to be the place to meet. On my way out for buisness, visitors greeting each other and sharing in a few laughs. Something we need for a good start of the day.
My room was clean and the equipment (TV, AC, refrigerator, etc) all worked properly. Noise level was at a minimum for the hours that I was there, which was mostly in the evenings.
I did not give an excellent rating due that nothing is always prefect...just no issues and nothing to say negative.
I would stay there again...
Hope this view helps anyone who is considering staying at the property..
OH!!! It is close the I-4, publix, starbucks, Wendy's, Subway, Banks, McDonald's and a few other places.

Great staff, not a great breakfast. Great room for the money, and a super value, but very noisy location, and some guests were overly noisy too, but had to be expected….as the room rate was super low. Bedding was very nice and room was large and fairly clean in decent condition. Overall, it exceeded my expectations , so a thumbs up.
