特意訂了男士專享客房，沒想到是允許在房間內抽煙的那種，一進屋味道嗆到都沒法待，找服務員換了一間屋子，倒是沒味道了，但是洗澡沒有沐浴乳，毛巾有很大很大的消毒水味兒，吹風機插上牆電源得自己按着，否則接觸不良，電視沒信號，反饋給前台，又給換了一間……，由於入住體驗很差，服務員給送了個果盤。訂房的時候加了50塊錢含早餐，結果是全自助式的簡易早餐，要自己煎雞蛋，自己做很多事情才行，沒幾樣菜，牛奶是温的，服務員就一個阿姨，態度倒是挺好，説如果要熱牛奶，她幫忙去給加熱，但就是用熱水給泡了幾袋牛奶，放在鍋裏，想喝自己拿碗自己倒。352一晚的價格要是放在北京，也就不挑剔什麼了，但在廊坊這個地方，這個價格，與其他酒店同價位的住宿標註來看，體驗到的是這種服務和設施，就很讓人不滿意了！
