the staff incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The villa is so clean and comfortable and kids friendly. We fall in love with the interior design and how calm the place . The location also was nearby many restaurants and beach which is easy to find local food. Hope we can come again to this villa..such an amazing staying.

Absolutely stunning place! Clean, well decorated, great lay-out. In a great location with a short walk to restaurants, hotel behind the complex, beach, etc. We stayed in Villa #21. The villa includes a washing machine, dryer (need own washing powder), clothes rack, bath, kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, tea/coffee, etc. Check-in is located in a different hotel (5 mins by Grab taxis or 20 min walk). Requires a MYR300 deposit + MYR1 government fee. For checkout, someone will meet at an agreed time in the villa. We loved every minute of our time here. Only problem was that we didn’t stay long enough!! We will be back.

Because of AirAsia delay, we had to stay one more night in Langkawi~ I thought about finding a place closer to the airport, but I didn't expect this place to be so cost-effective👍🏻 Two rooms are just right for my family. The first floor is very large and has a swimming pool. The children like it very much. There are two rooms on the second floor. The soda in the refrigerator is all free~ If you have any questions, just call the housekeeper and they will come immediately😘The four seasons have their own beauty, and here is also the warmth here. I would like to give a good review🥰 The only bad thing is that you must not pay the deposit through Alipay. When you return it, they don't have cash, and their Alipay can't scan our Alipay. It's very troublesome, but it was solved smoothly in the end. Overall, it's good. I recommend staying here😉

The villa is very new and well-equipped, even with an oven and dishwasher. Each villa also has its own parking space. It's just a bit of a hassle to check in. Specifically, first go to CENANG PLAZA BEACH HOTEL by Cenang Beach to check in, then go to The RIYAZ Lavanya Langkawi front desk to check in. Luxury is in the RIYAZ park, so you don't need to ask the security guard at the door, who doesn't know about luxury, just go in directly.

I recommend it only if you have a car or are willing to pay for a taxi. By the way, the entrance to the territory is through a gate with a barrier. Neither the villa nor the Ri-Yaz hotel on the territory of which this villa is located has its own beach. By the way, you will have access to the infrastructure of this hotel, including the pool on the roof, because the pool at the villa is small and very cold. The villa itself is simply gorgeous! Everything is new! Everything works, 2 floors, a pool, 2 bathrooms, one with a full bath. Nice cosmetics in the shower and all the necessary accessories, robes, slippers, etc. A special word about the kitchen! You can cook whatever you want, there are all the appliances and dishes from Ikea. The children in the children's room on the pillows were waiting for soft toys that you can take with you. Each room has its own air conditioner and is controlled like a smart home. Luxurious bed linen, the bed does not creak! Upon arrival, you will receive a gift in the form of a large plate of fruit (apples and oranges) and a bottle of good wine. The villa staff is always in touch and makes concessions, we asked for a late check-out.

The swimming pool doesn't get any sun, so it's a bit cold. The bed room is a large bed room, suitable for a family of five. It is very comfortable to live with parents. It is also close to Pantai Cenang, about 1.2 kilometers on foot. It is a one-way road and needs to be detoured when driving. A bottle of red wine was also given. Sparkling wine, several bottles of Coke, Sprite and beer, as well as New Year's gifts, and a whole plate of fruit. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The only drawback is that Ctrip didn't clearly indicate where you can check in. It's not at the front desk at the back. , you have to drive to Cenang Plaza Beach Hotel, which is about 1.5 kilometers away from Cenang Beach Town. It’s really hard to find it the first time, and only a cash deposit is accepted. When you check out, you have to inform the front desk in advance, and they will have someone come. , I was nervous about checking out in the morning, fearing that I would not be able to make it in time. Everything else was fine. Ctrip should write clearly about the check-in issue at the front desk. We only found out after we asked the front desk of this villa.

I was quite satisfied with the room. I looked online and said I wanted to book a hotel close to Cenang Beach, so I chose this one. However, in fact, other attractions in Cenang Beach are far away. Personally, I think it is more convenient to live in Gua Town. Because the Royal Yacht Club is in Kuah Town, the ferry is also available in Kuah Town.
