Very nice house and room in a very quiet environment that is not developed for tourism yet, but only 1 block from the touristic part. Very helpful staff. I can recommend 100%.

Great place. Beautiful and cosy hotel. We stayed in a kang (traditional bed). The owner was extremely kind and helpful. He speaks good English and is very friendly. He provided tea, water, map explanations, and discounts for a few good restaurants. The place is near the main street attractions. Delicious home-made breakfast.

An authentic feeling in the ancient city of Pingyao. Wonderful place. Comfortable beds; close to all the cultural sites in the old city. Friendly and caring couple as hosts. Bathroom is of traditional type. Breakfast is good.

What a great experience in Pingyao. The owner / manager went out of his way to make us feel welcome. I wont even list the complementary gifts and friendship that we received so that it doesn't become an expectation for the upcoming travellers, but I would give this property 6 stars out of 5 if I could. The building is gorgeous, you are actually sleeping in living history. Location is great, a few minutes to the center of the old town, but in a quiet neighborhood.

Great location (within the ancient city) and good facilities. The host provided a lot of information to travel within the city and helped to book the ticket for the performance.

It was a erfect stay. The hotel is inside the walls and a very peaceful place to sleep. The family of the Inn were very friendly, gave us a map, water, tips and whatever we needed.

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are lovely. It is in the old city and close to all the attractions. The owner is very nice and recommended delicious food to us. He picked us up in the parking lot outside and took our suitcases with a tricycle. The parking lot is also relatively close, next to the city wall, and the parking fee is about 15 yuan/night. I'm not Chinese, if you can't speak Chinese, the owner also speaks English.

The boss was warm and hospitable, and gave us a complete guide to visiting Pingyao, which was super practical! It also comes with a map for a perfect play arrangement. I stayed at this B&B when I went to Pingyao in 2019. I had a very good impression. This year I visited Pingyao for the second time and booked this hotel again without hesitation. The owner A Rong is very kind and down-to-earth. He is an aborigine of the ancient city of Pingyao. He picked us up into the city and back. He also helped us deliver our luggage to the train station. It is really rare to meet such a boss in a strange city. In addition, the retro-decorated rooms in the B&B are very warm and the breakfast provided is also delicious. Ah Rong planned a tour of the ancient city. The tips for avoiding pitfalls are very reasonable. I really have a very good impression of a place because I have a B&B alone. I will definitely recommend it to all my friends who go to Pingyao.

The boss rode a battery car to greet us and helped with the luggage, which was very considerate. The living environment is also very clean and hygienic.
